Area of Practice: Employment & Personal Injury Jon Bell began his career at one of the largest litigation law firms in New York. Despite gaining vast experience in multi-million dollar claims, Mr. Bell was dissatisfied with not being able to select his own clients and, therefore sometimes had personal conflicts in handling cases where he believed to be “on the wrong side.” Thereafter, he started his own law firm, which allowed him to select his own cases, handling them with passion in realizing he has made a personal commitment to each client. Jon Bell became interested in Federal Employee litigation as he discovered the need for Federal Employees to have strong knowledgeable representation. Jon Bell loves “David and Goliath” type scenarios and always roots for the underdog. Most of his cases involve an employee fighting their management and taking on an entire Federal Agency. Mr. Bell thrives under this environment and gives his client the tools to stand up and fight back. Mr. Bell also handles cases in New York State involving a multitude of issues that relate to Private Sector Employment and Personal Injury. Ms. Bell is a well-known securities attorney with a uniquely diverse background from experience representing a wide range of clients in securities and commercial arbitration, litigation and, regulatory matters, from investors to industry professionals. She has successfully recovered tens of millions of dollars in securities related settlements and awards for her clients. As an aggressive litigator, her unique background enables her to see both sides of the dispute and anticipate the opposition. In her nearly thirty years of experience, Ms. Malecki has handled thousands of investor, intra-industry and employment matters, arbitrations, litigation proceedings and appeals, contested governmental, regulatory, and self-regulatory investigations and hearings, as well as mediations, settlements, Acceptance, Waiver and Consent Orders (“AWC”s) and whistleblower complaints. She has also represented investor and industry witnesses and cooperators before various governmental, regulatory and self-regulatory bodies in hearings and settlements.Ms. Malecki was also the Vice President on the Board of Directors of the PIABA Foundation, an investor educational non-profit group with a mission to educate investors and provide the public with information about abuses in the financial services industry and the securities dispute resolution process.

Bellinson received his Doctor of Juris Prudence Degree from Tulane University School of Law where he served as president of his class and an editor of one of the school’s law journals. A student of international law, he also attended the Shanghai Institute of Law with a concentration on Chinese Trade Law. Bellinson received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations and Psychology from the University of Arizona. His interest focused on the Eastern Block which brought him to study at the University of Salzburg in Austria. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Federal Bar of the United States, and the Bankruptcy Bar of South Florida. Bellinson was a board member of the Urban League of Miami and a director of the Liberty City Charter School.
