His twenty-three years of litigation and trial experience extends to both State and Federal Courts, and he has arbitrated before numerous arbitration tribunals including the California Labor Commissioner and International Television and Film Alliance (IFTA). Brian’s entertainment practice includes the representation of talent agencies, personal managers, actors, musicians (DJs, song-writers, composers), social media and cultural influencers, motion picture and television producers, and publishing companies. His sports practice includes the representation of professional athletes (boxers, wrestlers, basketball players and extreme sport athletes). He is also a licensed NBA agent. Brian often works with the FBI and the LAPD's Major Crimes, Celebrity Protection and Cyber-Crime division.

Tab Turner is a trial lawyer with offices in Arkansas, Texas, San Diego, and New York. He graduated with high honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He is the sole shareholder in Turner & Associates, P.A., a law firm devoted to serving consumers and victims of human rights violations. Mr. Turner is a trial attorney who specializes in representing consumers injured by defective automotive products, environmental litigation, anti-terrorism litigation, and commercial litigation. In the field of automotive safety, his primary focus has been on vehicle handling and stability and catastrophic tire failures as well as representing families of children injured by defective safety systems. Mr. Turner has won verdicts for clients in multiple cases where the verdict was in excess of $20,000,000.00, including a $132,000,000.00 jury verdict against Ford Motor Company relating to the death of Brian Cole, a young outfielder with the New York Mets.

Mark was born in Winter Haven, Florida and has spent his entire career here. Mark practices in the areas of Real Estate, Estate Planning, Probate and Guardianship, Business Law, and Civil Litigation. A past president of the Greater Winter Haven Area Chamber of Commerce, Mark has served in leadership roles for Girls, Inc., Main Street Winter Haven, the American Red Cross Polk County Chapter and Habitat for Humanity of East Polk County. He currently serves on the District Board of Trustees of Polk State College and the board of directors of the Humane Society of Polk County. He is an alumnus of Leadership Winter Haven and Leadership Polk, and was also a member of the Florida Blue Key leadership honorary at the University of Florida. Richard Turner received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Birmingham-Southern College in 2005. In 2009 he received his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. Mr. Turner is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar, the Escambia-Santa Rosa County Bar Association and its Board of the Young Lawyers Section. His practice areas include civil litigation, bankruptcy, family law, dependency, estate planning, and probate cases, as well as commercial and residential real estate transactions and closings.
