Mr. Shiner has acheived an AV Preeminent Rating, Martindale-Hubbell’s highest possible rating for both ethical standards and legal ability. In addition, Mr. Shiner has been honored with the position of General Counsel to the Palm Beach County Republican Party and is currently on the organization’s Board of Directors. In addition, Mr. Shiner is currently the Parliamentarian for Republican Party of Palm Beach County and has been a long-standing member and contributor to the Republican Jewish Coalition. Mr. Shiner is also currently the Chair of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuits Grievance Committee and has been a member of the committee since 2008. David I. Marc Benjamin Shipon, Esq. has been representing the injured and disabled since 1992 in disability and injury claims. While at Villanova Law School, Mr. Shipon interned at Chester Community Legal Services where he first learned about helping the disabled and injured, and how it could positively impact a person’s life. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representative and The National Association of Disability Representatives, the Philadelphia Bar Association, Camden County Bar Association, Burlington County Bar Association, and the Mercer County Bar Association. He has written for the National Epilepsy Society and helped individuals at the National MS Society. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys.
