Tyler B. Smith, a native of Huntington, West Virginia, is a litigation attorney with eleven years of experience. He recently worked as a sole practitioner engaged in a general trial practice. Mr. Smith served as interim Huntington Municipal Judge. A graduate of Marshall University with a Bachelor of Regents Degree, he received his Juris Doctor degree from Toledo College of Law in 2003. C. Christine Smith is a native of California, moving to Florida in 1984. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of South Florida, with high honors in 1996. Christine worked for Verizon for eight years as a beta tester, computer programmer, and business analyst. In 2006, Christine graduated with honors from Stetson University College of Law, joining the L. David Shear Children’s Law Center of Bay Area Legal Services, a nonprofit law center dedicated to providing legal representation for abused, neglected, or abandoned children. In 2011, Christine joined the firm of Hernandez & Smith, P.A. as a partner focusing on family law and business litigation. Christine is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Gary F. Smith received his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law with honors in 1973 and was admitted to the New York State bar in 1974. Since then, he has continuously engaged in the private practice of law on Long Island and in Manhattan. As a corporate attorney in Manhattan, Gary F. Smith was a partner in a midtown law firm. In 1979, he opened his first private law office and has engaged in the private practice of law in Nassau and Suffolk counties since that time.
