Personal Injury Law

225 E Robinson St., Suite 542, Orlando, FL 32801

Nick was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and was raised about 20 minutes away from the city in Moorestown, New Jersey. In 2010, Nick’s parents decided to move to a beach town in Northeast Florida, and Nick immediately fell in love with the Sunshine State and the endless possibilities it has to offer. During law school, Nick gained invaluable litigation experience as a certified student-attorney for the South Carolina Juvenile Justice Clinic. He also interned at a Fortune 500 company, a personal injury law firm, and the South Carolina Office of the Attorney General. Prior to Spetsas Buist PLLC, Nick gained litigation and trial experience working for the largest insurance defense firm in Florida and, subsequently, a prominent national law firm, where he represented companies and their insurance carriers in complex civil litigation matters, including personal and catastrophic injury, premises liability, product liability, wrongful death, automobile, and trucking liability, and negligent security. Nick uses his litigation and trial experience to aggressively pursue claims on behalf of clients injured by the negligence of others. Because of the knowledge Nick gained from defending corporations and their insurance carriers, he understands their negotiation tactics and trial techniques. Now, Nick uses this knowledge against companies and their insurance carriers to maximize the value of his clients’ cases and to bring justice to his clients. Nick believes in aggressive representation and understands that communication is crucial to client satisfaction. He devotes himself to treating his clients like family.

After graduating from Rutgers School of Law in 1989, I served as a prosecutor in over 20 New Jersey municipalities. Now dedicated solely to defense practice, I founded my office to advocate for clients in DWI/DUI, drug, traffic, and municipal court matters throughout New Jersey. I focus not only on the law but also any emotional/family/medical/psychological challenges facing each client. After all, you are an individual person, not a file number, and no two cases or people are alike. I have extensive experience representing individuals in DWI/DUI, drug, traffic, accidents and municipal court matters and have handled thousands of cases. I am one of the limited number of defense attorneys in New Jersey to have been trained by the Office of the New Jersey Attorney General and the New Jersey State Police regarding the use and operation of the Alcotest breath testing instrument. I am an experienced trial attorney and always fight for my client to the best of my ability. www.spinellolaw.com
