Licensed attorney since 1985, Mr. Trilling has dedicated his 35-plus year career to helping injured people and others who have been impacted by the negligence of others. Mr. Trilling is personally responsible for collecting many tens of millions of dollars for his clients, in cases ranging from auto crashes, slip and falls, premises liability, asbestos-related injuries and insurance disputes. During his career, Mr. Trilling has been honored to be selected by a national aviation firm as their local counsel for their Florida cases, Florida counsel for a national asbestos law group, and most recently as in-house counsel for a large group of healthcare providers in their disputes with insurance companies. Now he brings his wealth of experience and dedication to a new kind of law firm: YOUR Injury Law Group. “So many clients have told me of their misfortunate experiences with other law firms. The number one complaint is that these people felt more like their lawyers’ inventory rather than valued clients. In creating Your Injury Law Group, I have created a new kind of law firm, one dedicated only to YOU, our client. Our commitment is to treat each client with the respect and dignity each person deserves, and to devote our experience, skills and talents to achieving the best possible results for each client.” Mr. Trilling takes great pride in focusing on the best interests of his clients and involves his clients in all stages of their cases. “Keeping clients informed helps clients understand what is really happening with their cases at all times. It also helps me have a clear understanding of how their injury is impacting them on a daily basis. This gives me the ammunition I need to achieve the best possible results.”
