Erick M. Barbare is a graduate of Appalachian State University (2001) and the University of South Carolina School of Law (2004). While in law school, Erick participated in the Environmental Law Clinic and was a law clerk at the Korn Law Firm and Callison, Tighe and Robinson. After graduating from law school, Erick had the honor of serving as judicial law clerk for the Honorable James W, Johnson, Jr., former circuit judge of South Carolina’s Eighth Judicial Circuit. Throughout is legal career, Erick has focused on helping individuals and families through difficult times and focuses his practice on Family Court and personal injury matters. Erick handles divorces, child custody cases, child support matters and adoptions, as well as automobile accidents and other injury cases. Erick is licensed to practice in all South Carolina state courts and is a member of the Greenville County Bar Association.

Lucille M. Barbato was born and raised in The Bronx. She started her career in law as a legal secretary in 1975 while in high school. She later became a paralegal and worked her way through college and law school. She graduated from Pace School, receiving her Doctorate of Law in June of 1984. For the past 20 years, she has been active in the courts as a practicing attorney and trial lawyer specializing in personal injury cases. Ms. Barbato has conducted trials resulting in many 6- and 7-figure settlements and verdicts. She is dedicated to the community and believes that all people deserve the representation of an attorney who is not only experienced, but concerned and compassionate as well. Ms. Barbato has served on the Board of Directors and is a past president of The Bronx County Bar Association. In addition, she is a past chairperson of the Judiciary Screening Committee. She is also a member of NYS Trial Lawyers Association and Women's Bar Association and is married to Charles Spiegel.

Claudia Barber has been a member of the Maryland bar for 35 years, and a member of the DC bar since 1994. She practiced law for more than 25 years, and began serving as an Administrative Law Judge with the District of Columbia Office of Administrative Hearings in August 2005. She currently serves as president of the Public Sector Human Resources Association (PSHRA) Patuxent River Basin Chapter. She previously served in 2020-2021 as president of the International Public Management Association (IPMA) Patuxent River Basin Chapter. In 2021, the chapter received the 2021 Chapter Award of Excellence. Claudia previously served as District 4 Director of the National Association of Women Judges (2011-2013), and as president of the DC Association of Administrative Law Judges . Claudia is also the recipient of the 2022 Sojourner Truth Award by Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drum Major for Justice Award.
