Jennifer attended Indiana University and earned her BA in English and Liberal Arts Management. Directly after, she attended Washington University School of Law, St. Louis, MO and received a Scholars in Law award. Jennifer has been practicing law since 1997. Jennifer has practiced litigation since 1997 after interning at US District of Northern District of Indiana and in litigation firms in Indiana Illinois and California. Her litigation practice has included insurance defense, appellate practice, civil and mass tort litigation and prosecution as a Senior Trial Prosecutor in San Juan County, New Mexico. She has been practicing law for over 22 years and in New Mexico has focused on civil litigation, domestic practice and injury law. Jennifer is licensed in both state and federal court in New Mexico, California and Indiana. She belongs to the American Bar Association, Indiana Bar Association, California Bar Association, Bar Association of San Francisco, New Mexico Bar Association and the San Juan County Bar Association.

Mr. Yonke attended the university of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law where he earned a Juris Doctorate degree in 1990. Mr. Yonke is now a personal injury attorney at Yonke Law and is admitted to practice law in Missouri, Kansas, as well as the U.S. District Court Western District of Missouri and the U.S. District Court District of Kansas. Mr. Yonke has received many honors and award including Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers, Best of the Bar, Kansas Business Journey, The Best Lawyers in America, as well as the Martindale Hubbell AV Rating. Mr. Yonke is also affiliated with many professional associations and memberships including Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Yonke has been a member of Lawyers of Distinction since 2020.

Area of Practice: Education & Municipal Law Chris founded Yorgason Law Offices, PLLC, in November 2011. His practice consists mostly of transactional and general representation, with a focus on municipal government, education, charter schools, real estate and general business. Chris’ family has lived in the Treasure Valley for over 100 years. He was born at Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, California, while his dad was serving in the Air Force, and his family returned to Idaho before his first birthday. He was a member of the first graduating class of Centennial High School in 1988, and after high school attended Brigham Young University. He graduated from BYU in 1995 with a double major in political science and finance, with an international emphasis. Chris also earned minors in Thai and Business Comp. Chris stayed at BYU and graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1998, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board of Advocates and a member of the team that competed in the Willem Vis International Moot Arbitration competition in Vienna, Austria. During law school, he externed with the Honorable Larry M. Boyle (US Federal District Court of Idaho) and after law school he clerked for the Honorable D. Duff McKee (Ada County Fourth Judicial District). Chris is a member of the Idaho Bar Association and its Government, Real Estate and Alternative Dispute Resolution sections. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Idaho. Chris has served as a member of the board of directors of the Congressional Award Council of Idaho and Serve Idaho, the Governor’s Commission on Service and Volunteerism. He is currently serving as a board member of the Cantus Youth Choirs and is the past-president of the Idaho Mediation Association. I am currently serving on the board of the Idaho Municipal Attorneys Association and a member of the Law Related Education program of the Idaho State Bar and Attorneys for Civic Education. Chris has a deep interest in other cultures, fostered by a church mission in Bangkok, Thailand and studying abroad in Jerusalem, Israel.
