Frank Younes is a Nebraska native who earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law. Prior to that he obtained a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. The combination of these types of education has provided him with a sharpened focus on applying his legal education to the business world. While attending law school he gained additional legal experience working as a law clerk in the District Court, where he assisted the District Court Judges in determining the outcomes of various types of cases. Attorney Frank Younes frequently represents individuals and business in various kinds of legal matters, including: personal injury, wrongful death, business and contract formation and litigation, family law, divorces, and real estate litigation. Travis Young specializes in auto, trucking, premises liability, dog bite, catastrophic injury, and bad faith cases. Mr. Young has obtained several seven figure verdicts and settlements. In 2021, Mr. Young obtained one of the top ten personal injury verdicts in Colorado. Mr. Young has also successfully resolved nearly one thousand claims and was previously in charge of the Dan Caplis Law Firm’s pre-litigation unit. Mr. Young has dedicated his entire legal career to representing victims and continues to fight for victims and secure compensation for their injuries. Mr. Young began his legal career as a Deputy District Attorney in El Paso County, Colorado. During his time as a Deputy District Attorney, he tried numerous jury trials to verdict, served as the Domestic Violence Deputy District Attorney in County Court, and was a prosecutor on the Vehicular Homicide Team. Mr. Young served as a Deputy District Attorney for three years until he moved to Denver, Colorado and accepted a position as a Senior Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Colorado. As a Senior Assistant Attorney General, Mr. Young was responsible for prosecuting felony cases involving insurance fraud, mortgage fraud, organized crime, workers’ compensation fraud, securities fraud, thefts involving licensed insurance producers, and thefts involving licensed bondsmen. Mr. Young also served as a legal advisor for the Colorado Gang unit at that time. Mr. Young received his undergraduate degrees at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He graduated with distinction with degrees in Finance and Human Resources Management. Upon graduation, Mr. Young attended the University of Colorado School of Law at Boulder and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2003.

Crystal Young, Esq. is the Managing Attorney for the Real Estate Division of the firm. With over fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry, Ms. Young has represented numerous residential and commercial buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, investors and institutional and private lenders, in commercial and residential real estate matters. Prior to applying to law school, Ms. Young worked for ten years as a paralegal, gaining valuable hands on experience at law firms. With a full time work and school schedule, Ms. Young graduated from Touro Law School in 2013. Since joining Suris & Associates, Ms. Young has also worked closely with the Personal Injury section of the firm, conducting witness depositions, arbitrating and mediating cases. She has appeared before judges in the New York State Supreme Court and District Court and is admitted to the United States District Courts – Eastern and Southern Districts. Ms. Young possesses superior networking skills and she is an active member in numerous organizations and networking circles, including the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, the Huntington Lawyers Club and the Nassau Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association.
