Mr. Cowen was raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2011. Mr. Cowen earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the University of Arizona’s Karl Eller School of Business, and his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Cowen concentrates his practice on litigating, from inception through trial, all types of personal injury claims.
