Amato DeLuca has practiced law for more than three decades, focusing his work in the areas of Medical Negligence, Catastrophic Injury, and Product Liability. Amato earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Bridgeport, then served in the U.S. Army for two years before earning his Juris Doctorate at Suffolk University. Aware of the importance of giving back to the community, Amato volunteered his time doing civil rights work for the ACLU after graduating from law school. In 1995, he established the law firm of DeLuca & Weizenbaum, Ltd., with Miriam Weizenbaum. The firm then changed its name to DeLuca & Associates, Ltd. in 2020. Stefanie Lynn DeMario is a Managing Partner for Angiuli & Gentile, LLP. Her areas of concentration include estate planning, probate and estate administration, as well as Medicaid planning and applications. Ms. DeMario assists clients in protecting current assets with an eye towards the future. Her expertise in Medicaid rules and regulations allows for success in both emergency and structured Medicaid planning.
