Ms. Costis grew up in the Fresno area of the California central valley. She then attended and graduated from UC Davis with high honors, earning a BA in Economics and English Literature. Ms. Costis then received her Juris Doctorate from the UC Davis School of Law. She is a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation. For over 26 years Ms. Costis has been representing injured workers. Her compassion and tireless advocacy on behalf her clients are hallmarks of her law practice. She works diligently to ensure that her clients receive what they are rightfully entitled to through the workers compensation system. Ms. Costis is a member of the California State Bar and of the Contra Costa County Bar Association. She is also an active member of the California Applicants' Attorneys Association (CAAA). Ms. Costis is active in her community as well, volunteering at various schools and youth sports organizations.

Roxann worked for the City of Dallas for 14 years as an Executive Assistant City Attorney. She also was cross-designated as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for 8 years and won national awards from the U.S. Department of Justice for her work to improve cities and reduce violent gun crime. After serving Dallas, she served as the Harlingen City Attorney for 4 years. Today, Roxann offices in San Antonio and serves cities throughout Texas. Area of Practice: Professional Liability Mr. Cotton concentrates his practice in litigation, primarily in the areas of business litigation and professional malpractice. He has tried hundreds of cases to jury verdict, including numerous brain damaged baby and paraplegic injury cases, most of which involved damage demands in excess of $5,000,000.00. In addition, Mr. Cotton has maintained an extensive appellate practice.

Trevor Courtney was born and raised in Mandeville, Louisiana and received his high school diploma from IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. After completing high school, Trevor played baseball as a collegiate athlete and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Trevor graduated Cum Laude from South Texas College of Law-Houston. In law school, Trevor learned how to aggressively advocate for his clients while he participated in South Texas’ highly awarded and nationally renowned advocacy program. He competed in tournaments around the country on varsity Mock Trial and Moot Court teams and gained experience in law school by working for multiple litigation firms, as well as clerking for the 190th Judicial District Court in Harris County, Texas. Through his experiences in law school, Trevor learned that his passion truly lies in using his competitive nature to help others.
