I attended UCLA and then UC San Francisco College of Law after a career organizing political campaigns, and workers in education and health care before practicing law. Negotiation is both an art and science, which lawyers aren’t trained in, but nearly every legal dispute is resolved by so I've found my skills from politics and organizing broadly applicable to resolving legal disputes. A successful outcome to your case will result from tough litigating that escalates at each stage of the case to either reach a negotiated resolution or obtain favorable rulings by the judge or arbitrator. I'm particularly proud of results for my clients in multi-disciplinary legal disputes, such as an elder abuse in an unlawful detainer action or a marital dissolution in a probate action. If you face an atypical legal dispute , I offer skill and experience in successful resolving exactly these kinds of unique cases. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you need a tough litigator.
