Ms. Alexander grew up in Florence, Alabama. After high school graduation, she attended Bennett College in Greensboro, NC where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science. While at Bennett College, Ms. Alexander served as President of the Political Science Club, Vice President of the Student Government Association, and Resident Assistant. She was also a member of Pi Gamma Mu and Bennet Scholars Honor Societies. Ms. Alexander attended the University of Alabama School of Law where she served as Vice President of Public Interest Law Society and Editor of the law school newspaper. Ms. Alexander graduated from Alabama School of Law – Class of 2000. Ms. Alexander has had specialized training in Domestic Violence matters and Dispute Resolution.
