Brett C. Anderson is a founding partner of the Utah law firm of Anderson & Rogers where he has represented clients throughout the State of Utah for over 25 years. Mr. Anderson was raised in Utah County and graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in business. He then received his law degree in Oregon. Nancy A. Anderson is an attorney in Morgan & Morgan's Columbus, GA office. She was born in Port Charlotte, FL but has lived most of her life in Columbus, GA. She moved to Columbus in the third grade when her family PCS'd to Fort Benning from Washington State while her stepfather was active duty in the US army. Nancy then moved to Fort Riley, Kansas with her husband where she obtained her bachelor's degree from Kansas State University. She then moved back to the south and obtained a juris doctor from Mercer University School of Law. After graduating from law school, Nancy moved back to the Columbus area and interned with attorney Adam Smith while awaiting bar results. She started her official career as an Assistant Public Defender for the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit and then spent a year working in personal injury at a large local firm. Nancy's heart is set on personal injury and uses her knowledge obtained from practicing law to fight for her clients and maximize their recovery.
