She was also a member of Pi Gamma Mu and Bennet Scholars Honor Societies. Ms. Kathy-Ann M Alexis is an attorney at The Alexis Firm, LLC., special judge, special prosecutor and mentor. Ms. Alexis was raised in New York City and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. After Ms. Alexis graduated college, she interned at the New York City Attorney General’s office in the Harlem division. She then moved to Birmingham, Alabama where she attended and completed law school at Birmingham School of Law. In 2009, Kathy was admitted to the Alabama State Bar. She decided to return to law school in 2012 to earn her LLM in International Tax and Finance with a concentration in Risk Management and Compliance. Ms. Alexis’ areas of practice include primarily criminal defense law, but she also practices Family Law and she is a Guardian Ad Litem for the state of Alabama. As of late, Ms. Alexis has completed training in Capital Murder defense trials. She is currently serving as the senior defense attorney at Midfield Municipal Court, where she also serves as Special Judge when asked by the Presiding Judge. In 2015, Kathy published her first book, The Anti-Husband, which is a story about the lessons that a single mother learns about surviving divorce and overcoming poverty.

After years of dedicating a portion of his practice to legal issues involving coin operated amusement machines, Mr. Alioto has emerged as one of the preeminent authorities on the subject. Justyn currently devotes his practice almost entirely to the representation of COAM licensees. In doing so, Mr. Alioto counsels both master and location licensees in both the civil and regulatory arenas, litigating at the trial and appellate levels. Justyn is one of the only attorneys in the State who routinely represents individuals and companies for claims involving the Georgia Lottery Corporation, COAM arbitration, and criminal offenses relating to COAM operations, including RICO offenses.
