My strength as an advocate comes from my emphasis on listening to my clients and fighting for the outcome they truly want. You will find many lawyers pay lip service to their promises to communicate with and listen to their clients, but fail to follow through on those promises. This prevents them from ever being effective advocates for their clients. I focus on being easy to contact, keeping my clients apprised of ongoing case matters, and consulting my clients regularly on their goals because goals may change as the case moves along. I don’t advertise on TV, and I don’t advertise on billboards, I accept fewer cases and tirelessly work them to maximize the outcome for my client. While we might not always have to go to trial, we will always be ready for trial.

Phil began his litigation career in 2014, where he represented victims who were exposed to harmful materials and contracted various diseases as a result of the fallout from the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. Phil now focuses on personal injury law and bad faith litigation where he represents those who are injured by the negligent and reckless acts of others. Phil has represented thousands of injured clients throughout Colorado and has recovered tens of millions of dollars for them in the process. He has secured multiple million dollar settlements for his clients, including $5,300,000, $3,260,000, and $1,350,000 recently. Currently, Phil is a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and was trained at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. When he is not working, Phil enjoys playing golf and spending time with his friends and family.
