Certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, Wendy Fountain is an accomplished attorney with two decades of legal experience. She believes in working closely with her clients to identify their goals and then fights to make these a reality, no matter how difficult the road may be. Wendy earned her undergraduate degree at California State University in 1993 and went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law in 1997. Early in her career, she worked as a Deputy District Attorney at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. She went into private practice in 2003 and developed an accomplished family law practice in her own right, before joining Sullivan Law & Associates several years ago. Respected and recognized in the field of family law, Wendy has dedicated a considerable amount of her time to her community, including working with Women in Need, a local program to help victims of domestic violence. She has lectured at the Orange County Paralegal Association and was president-elect of the Orange County Bar Family Law Executive Committee from 2013-2014. Wendy is also a member of the Robert A. Banyard, Inns of Courts and has been for over 10 years. A Southern California native, Wendy has strong ties to the local community. She enjoys living in Orange County and spending time with her husband and two children.

Attorney Ardené Fox currently accepts family law, juvenile, and adoption cases. In addition to working in private practice, Attorney Fox has served as an Assistant Attorney General representing the Arizona Department of Child Safety in dependency, guardianship, termination of parental rights, and adoption matters. Patrick J. Fox, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, brings more than forty years of experience to his practice of law. Mr. Fox is a seasoned litigator who has tried more than 80 jury cases to verdict. His area of concentration is family law, including divorce, custody, support, and modification actions. It is in this field that Mr. Fox has earned the reputation as a skilled, tenacious, and successful advocate. He is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Georgia, the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. After earning his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Georgia, Athens, GA in 1972, Fox received his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1975. In addition to holding a Peer-Review AV rating with Martindale Hubbell for legal ability and ethical standards (the highest possible designation), Mr. Fox has been recognized by Atlanta Magazine as a Georgia Super Lawyer. Fox is a member of the American Bar Association, the Fayette County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (past Vice-President), the Lawyers Club of Atlanta, and the Rotary Club of Fayetteville. Mr. Fox is married to the former Martha Ann Adams. They have two children, Meredith F. McClure and Patrick J. Fox, Jr., M.D., as well as four grandchildren. He and his wife make their home in Fayette County.

Meghan is Managing Co-Partner of Freed Marcroft, a Connecticut law firm that devotes its practice exclusively to divorce and family law. Meghan is particularly experienced with alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation, is a graduate of Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation, and has supplemented her formal legal education with advanced training in mediation. She is a member of the Connecticut Council for Non-Adversarial Divorce.

Stephen was born and raised in Liberia, West Africa. At an early age, his life and dreams were disrupted by a protracted 14-year civil war that devastated the nation, destroyed countless lives, and shattered many aspirations. As a result of the conflict, Stephen and his family fled to neighboring Ghana, where he lived until relocating to the United States to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a lawyer. With 13 years of legal practice, Stephen’s journey has profoundly shaped his legal philosophy and continues to guide the way he approaches every matter he handles and every client he represents. Having experienced adversity firsthand, he understands the importance of advocacy, resilience, and having legal representation.
