Born in Waxahachie, Texas before the earth cooled (1965). Graduated from University of Houston in 1988 with a B.S., in Political Science. Received J.D. from South Texas College of Law in November of 1991. I competed in national mock trial competitions, so I stepped out of law school trained as an active litigator from day one. I had my first jury trial within first six months, which I won. After practicing law in the Houston area for twelve years, I relocated back to the DFW metroplex. My practice is dedicated to family law litigation. I have a proven track record of success in both settling cases for my clients in mediation and in litigating those cases that need final trials. I've been able to balance my practice and personal life, leaving time to give back to the community.

Tiffany E. Gallo is a partner with Miller Zeiderman & Wiederkehr, LLP. Ms. Gallo’s law career has been entirely dedicated to the practice of matrimonial and family law. She has extensive experience in litigating divorce and family court matters and has perfected numerous appeals involving issues of matrimonial and family law. Ira is recognized by both his colleagues and judges as one of the top matrimonial attorneys in New York. Ira entered private practice in 1978 initially as a commercial litigator. In 1985 Ira formed his own firm, primarily focusing on Family Law. Since that time Ira has been a frequent lecturer at the Bar Association and Continuing Legal Education programs. Ira has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at St. John’s Law School teaching a course in trial advocacy. He received his J.D. in 1974 from Temple University Beasley School of Law, and his B.A. in 1971 from University of Pennsylvania.
