Dennis Angel is a noted authority on United States and foreign copyright law as well as the highly specialized area of legal protection of literary titles. Prior to founding The Law Offices of Dennis Angel in 1977, he was an associate for four years at the law firm of Johnson & Tannenbaum. Since 1977, Mr. Angel has given legal opinions as to the availability of titles for numerous television shows and motion pictures as well as opinions involving the ownership of motion picture and related rights in the United States and abroad.

Gary C. Angiuli is both a founder and the Managing Partner of Angiuli & Gentile, LLP, Attorneys at Law. In addition, he serves as the Supervising Partner of the firm's Business, Franchise, and Real Estate practice groups. A seasoned advisor to entrepreneurs, Mr. Angiuli is experienced in the purchase and sale of franchises, automobile dealerships, and small to midsized businesses and can provide comprehensive legal analysis at all stages of a transaction. Mr. Angiuli received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 1993 from The American University, Washington College of Law and his Bachelor's Degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook (B.A. 1980). He was admitted to practice law to the New York Bar in 1984 and is admitted to practice law before the New York State Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York (1985), and the United States Supreme Court (1988).

Ms. Annunziato joined Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP in 2010 as Special Counsel and became Partner in 2011. She focuses her practice on the defense of professional liability cases and health care law matters. Laurie handles the defense of physicians and hospitals from inception through trial. She has also successfully represented health care professionals in professional disciplinary proceedings. Laurie is a member of the firm’s Continuing Legal Education Committee and has published articles in MD News. Stephenie is a founding member of Anthony & Partners, LLC, with offices located in Tampa and Bartow, Florida. She is a past President, Chairman and Secretary of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association, having served on the Association’s Board for eight consecutive years. For two years following admission to The Florida Bar, Stephenie clerked for the Honorable Alexander L. Paskay, Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the Middle District of Florida. Stephenie is a trial lawyer focusing on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy law and commercial litigation. During her career, Stephenie has represented lenders, fiduciaries, and other parties-in-interest in Chapter 11, Chapter 13, and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases.
