David H. Altman is a member of the firm practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, environmental law, commercial law and construction litigation. Mr. Altman attended Northeastern University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude. He then attended Vermont Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor degree. He is a recipient of the Bureau of National Affairs Award. Mr. Altman is General Counsel to S.A. Bendheim, Co., Inc., for which he provides advice on matters ranging from purchase orders and vendor contracts to corporate structure and acquisitions. He is panel counsel for The Hartford insurance company. He is admitted to practice law in all state courts of New Jersey and New York, and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey. At the request of the presiding Chancery (General Equity) Judge, Mr. Altman has served as the Court's Special Fiscal Agent. He is a Rule 1:40 qualified mediator.
