Ron has been in practice for over forty years, specializing in employee benefits law, labor law and lobbying at both state and federal levels. He is a member of the District of Columbia and Missouri bars. Ron has tried hundreds of arbitrations, and tried and argued cases at trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. His greatest inspiration is his clients and what he has learned from them. He is a graduate (with honors) of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York, and the University of Missouri (with honors) law school at Columbia, Missouri.

I joined Herzog Law Firm in 2020 after spending 11 years managing my own law firm. I enjoy representing buyers & sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Communication during a real estate transaction is critical, so I spend a lot of time making sure that everyone involved in the transaction is on the same page. This helps to avoid drama and surprises, and as a result, leads to more successful closings! Purchasing and selling a home is one of the biggest transactions that people will go through, and I am truly honored to be a part of the transaction to guide my clients every step of the way. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing guitar, cooking, and golfing.
