John H. (Jack) Hickey started his career at a large law firm representing cruise lines, railroads, and other self- insured corporations. He switched sides and for the last 22 years has represented only Plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. Hickey is a member of the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar, the body which licenses and regulates all lawyers who practice in Florida. He is a Past President of the Dade County Bar Association, the largest voluntary bar association in Florida. Hickey is Board Certified in Admiralty and Maritime Law (by The Florida Bar) and Civil Trial (by The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy). He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Florida Justice Association (FJA) and a State Delegate of the American Association for Justice (AAJ). Jack is also the Chair of the Motor Vehicle, Highway Safety, and Premises Liability Section of AAJ.

Bill practices and consults in the areas of oil and gas law, eminent domain and condemnation law, outdoor advertising and media law, zoning and land use law,commercial and civil litigation, government contracting, real estate law, education law, special education law, administrative law, employment law, open meetings act, and open records act. He is admitted to practice before all Oklahoma State Courts, the United States District Courts for the Western, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Oklahoma, The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Court of Federal Claims. Bill has also been admitted to many courts in other states.

Catherine Hicks is a native Atlantan, a 1986 graduate of the University of Georgia (cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and a 1989 graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law.. She was awarded the full academic Castellow Scholarship to UGA Law School. Catherine was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1989 and joined Fox Chandler in 1992. Catherine is a member of the Gainesville-Northeastern Bar Association (Vice President, 2016-2017; Secretary, 2014-2016), The E. Wycliff Orr Inn of Court, and the Family Law Section of the Georgia Bar Association. Catherine is a former Special Assistant Attorney General. She has been an active member of the State Bar's High School Mock Trial Committee since 1991 (Chair, 1996-1997). Catherine's community and civic involvement has included: Hall-Dawson CASA Board of Directors; Hall County United Way (Attorneys Section Chair); Children's Center for Hope and Healing Board of Directors; Northeast Georgia Medical Center Auxiliary; Enota Elementary PTA Board Vice President; Centennial Elementary PTA Board Secretary; Pinecrest Academy Touchdown Club Officer; Gainesville High School and Pinecrest Academy mock trial team coach. Mr. Hilbert has also tried cases across the country in many other jurisdictions including twenty states, and is admitted in many US District Courts, The Supreme Court of the United States, The United States Tax Court, and The United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Ninth and Tenth Circuits. Mr. Hilbert has arbitrated for FINRA, CBOE (Chicago Board Options Exchange), NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) and the National Futures Association. He has significant first-chair trial and appellate experience.
