From day one of his legal career, this is exactly what he has done. Timothy went to Saint Louis University School of Law on a full tuition scholarship. During his second year, he earned a spot on the Saint Louis University Public Law Review. He graduated in 2011 near the top of his class. Since graduating from Law School, Timothy has earned a reputation as a tough and relentless litigator on behalf of ordinary Americans. He currently focuses his practice on personal injury, and medical malpractice. He strives to be a well-rounded litigator that can handle every stage of litigation, including appeals. To that end, he has successfully argued on behalf of injured Western New Yorkers at the Second Circuit Court of Appeals on three separate occasions. Julia is an experienced litigator in both state and federal court, focusing her practice on trial work and complex litigation. Her areas of focus include business disputes and shareholder litigation, as well as litigation in the environmental, education, and employment arenas. She regularly counsels businesses in resolving disputes among management and has litigated various business dissolution matters. She has successfully represented minority shareholders who were oppressed in petitioning for dissolution of the corporations. In the environmental context, she has successfully challenged the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation in Article 78 proceedings. She has represented an agricultural chemical company in litigation over selection of RCRA corrective action for arsenic in soils. She also recently secured summary judgment on behalf of a Fortune 1000 company after it was sued by numerous local residents alleging that toxic exposure to the company's operations caused personal injury and property damage claims. She also frequently handles appeals and successfully argued an issue of first impression regarding the labor law to New York's highest court, the Court of Appeals. In addition, Julia advises international clients on product liability and insurance issues for manufacturers and distributors wishing to enter the U.S. market. Julia regularly speaks at CLEs on various topics, including the firm’s annual education conference. She has also recently served as a member of both the Firm's Board of Directors and Compensation Committee, and remains active on the Firm’s Recruiting Committee. Julia’s past experiences include an internship at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of New York as well as employment at Housing Opportunities Made Equal, an organization dedicated to the enforcement of federal and state laws prohibiting housing discrimination. Julia was also previously awarded a two-year research fellowship with the Department of Human Resources for the City of Buffalo, where she assisted in disciplinary hearings, general grievances, and contract negotiations.

Adria S. Hillman is a 1967 graduate from Bennington College which she attended on a Jesse Smith Noyes Fellowship and graduated from New York University School of Law in 1970. She joined Richard Green immediately after law school and became a partner in Green & Hillman in 1976 where she concentrated on commercial, copyright, defamation and divorce litigation. She co-authored with Harriet N. Cohen an analysis of Equitable Distribution in Divorce in New York as well as several op ed pieces for the New York Times on divorce related issues and she edited a Chapter in a Family Law Manual on Separation Agreements and was Editor of Women and the Law for several years. In 1991, Adria went into practice on her own concentrating on complex divorce and custody litigation and appeals. Adria has conducted trials concerning both custody and financial issues and has also done extensive appellate work in these areas. Since starting her own firm, she also has been a founding member of the New York Women?s Foundation, serving on its Advocacy committee, a member of its Executive committee and a Vice-President, and was appointed to the New York State Legislative Advisory Committee concerning the Estates, Powers and Trusts law, a New York City Task Force on Family Violence and a Governor?s Task Force on Sexual Harassment. Adria has been a member of the Bar Association of the City of New York since 1973 and has served on its Judiciary Committee and its Matrimonial Committee and has been a member of the New York Women?s Bar Association since 1982 and is a sustaining member of the New York State Bar Association. Adria is currently a special master for the New York County Supreme Court. Adria has had a Martindale Hubbell AV rating for successive years and has been named as a Super Lawyer every year since 2007.
