Stanley Gipe is a Florida Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer which connotes expertise in the discipline of trial practice. Stan has served as lead counsel on over one thousand Florida personal injury lawsuits. Further, he has taken many personal injury lawsuits to jury verdict predominantly in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties. He has a reputation among insurance defense lawyers as one of Tampa Bay's best litigators. At the end of the day, insurance carriers know full well which lawyers and law firms take cases to trial when they fail to make a reasonable offer. Stan graduated from the University of Florida in 1995 with a Bachelors of Science in Finance and Economics., and completed his studies at Stetson University College of Law in 1999 with a dual J.D. and M.B.A. Stan is in charge of litigation at Dolman Law Group Accident Injury Lawyers, P.A. Outside of practicing law, Stan is a devoted father to his son Cole and husband to his wife Caroline. His hobbies include attending Tampa Bay Rays and Lightning games with his son and travelling with his family. Stan also has a passion for coaching youth sports.

James (“Jay”) Girvin concentrates his practice in the areas of education law, private and public sector labor and employment law, and litigation. He is experienced in collective bargaining, mediation, fact-finding, arbitration, improper practice and unfair labor practice proceedings, and other labor relations matters. He also has extensive experience in employee and student discipline proceedings, unemployment and Workers’ Compensation hearings, administrative hearings, and state and federal court proceedings. Mr. Girvin is a frequent speaker on labor and employment matters and regularly addresses the New York State Association of Towns, the New York State Personnel Association, the Association of School Business Officials, and the Northern Westchester Putnam BOCES. Additionally, he has published several articles in the Talk of the Towns magazine and is the author of an “Ask the Lawyer” column in Country Folks newspaper. He is a co-host of the Girvin Ferlazzo radio law show on Talk1300 AM. Due to his expertise in education, Mr. Girvin was chosen as a member of the transition team for Governor George E. Pataki.

Ron has been in practice for over forty years, specializing in employee benefits law, labor law and lobbying at both state and federal levels. He is a member of the District of Columbia and Missouri bars. Ron has tried hundreds of arbitrations, and tried and argued cases at trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. His greatest inspiration is his clients and what he has learned from them. He is a graduate (with honors) of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York, and the University of Missouri (with honors) law school at Columbia, Missouri.
