Aaron is a 1989 graduate of Blackford High School, a 1995 graduate of Anderson University BA in Criminal Justice, and a 2001, graduate of Valdosta State University with a Master's Degree in Public Administration. After 20 years in the criminal justice system as a probation officer, Aaron sought admission to Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan. In May 2014 Aaron graduated Cum Laude with a J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law and open a solo firm in Hartford City, Indiana where he has been practicing for the past 8 years. Aaron's practice focuses on Elder Law, Estate Planning, Criminal Defense, Social Security Benefits and Medicare/Medicaid benefits.

Mr. Hendrix is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and a product of Birmingham City School system. He has been a member of the Alabama State Bar since 2011, and is currently a member in good standing of the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Alabama, the U.S. Court of Appeals of the Eleventh Circuit, and the Poarch Creek Indian Tribunal. ? Pat has over 20 years’ experience handling complex litigation matters. He has tried in excess of 100 cases to verdict and participated in several hundred arbitrations. Pat’s practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation in civil and Orphans’ Courts. In addition to representing clients in civil court, Pat has litigated matters before several administrative bodies including the Trademark Appeal Trial Board.

A former chief prosecutor with more than 20 years of experience trying civil jury trials and arbitrations, Mr. Henneman brings a trial lawyer’s perspective to every case. Over the past two decades, Mr. Henneman has handled a broad range of litigation in some of the most complex areas of the law, including fiduciary litigation, non-competition and trade secret disputes, injunctive actions, product liability suits, first amendment claims, employment matters, whistleblower suits and securities arbitrations. Mr. Henneman has served as regional and national litigation counsel for several large securities firms, and has represented clients in courts and before arbitration panels in over 30 states. His litigation and arbitration practice focuses on complex securities and business disputes of all types. He earned his B.A. from Northwestern University before attending The University of Texas School of Law, where he earned his J.D.
