Vincent Imhoff is the Managing Director of Imhoff & Associates, PC. Imhoff & Associates has offices throughout the United States and works with over 650 lawyers across the country. Originally from Chicago, Mr. Imhoff is admitted to practice law in Illinois, California, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Imhoff obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Lewis University and earned his JD from the Illinois Institute of Technology/Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1989. From 1990 to 1997 Mr. Imhoff was a Cook County, Illinois Public Defender (Chicago). In 1997 Mr. Imhoff entered private practice as a solo practitioner. In 2003, Mr. Imhoff founded Imhoff & Associates, PC. In 2005, Mr. Imhoff became the Managing Director of The Cochran Firm, Criminal Defense section. After Mr. Cochran passed away, Mr. Imhoff re-established Imhoff & Associates, PC and left the Cochran Firm. From 2000 through 2002, Mr. Imhoff was the assistant coach for the trial team at Loyola University of Chicago, School of Law. Mr. Imhoff is currently a member of the State Bar of California, State Bar of Illinois and the State Bar of Pennsylvania. Mr. Imhoff is also a member of the California Public Defenders Association, Santa Monica Bar Association (Treasurer 2012-2014, Board Member 2008-2014), Lesbian Gay Lawyers Association (Secretary 2009-2011, Board Member 2009-2015), San Bernardino County Bar, San Fernando Valley Bar Association, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice (CACJ), and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL).

Mark Imielski graduated from Northern Illinois Law School in 2013 and was licensed to practice in Illinois the same year. Mr. Imielski brings a decade of family law experience to Shaw Sanders, P.C. Mr. Imielski has earned a reputation as a zealous and thoughtful advocate on behalf of his clients. He excels in all aspects of parentage and divorce cases. Mr. Imielski has a distinct enthusiasm for cases involving complex asset identification and division. Mr. Imielski is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association, Kane County Bar Association, and Will County Bar Association. He is also a certified Guardian ad Litem in DuPage County.

Juanita is a licensed attorney with over 16 years of experience in the areas of business law specializing in contracts. She obtained her JD/MBA from the University of Memphis and her BBA in Accounting from Tennessee State University. She is currently Assistant General Counsel to a publically-traded company and is licensed in the states of Tennessee and Indiana.

Janice Innis-Thompson is a highly accomplished attorney and former federal prosecutor who has made significant contributions to the legal field. With a distinguished career working for leading financial services, technology and manufacturing companies, Janice currently serves as Senior Vice President and Lead Attorney for Nationwide Financial Services. Throughout her career, Janice has held key roles as Chief Compliance Counsel and Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer for Fortune 100 Companies such as TIAA, Samsung N.A. and Tyco International. In her current position, Janice leads a team of attorneys and legal professionals who provide invaluable counsel to Nationwide’s Financial Services. Janice's achievements extend beyond her professional endeavors. She currently serves on several boards, including MBIA, The Executive Leadership Council, National Forest Foundation, and The Children’s Hunger Alliance. Janice was also an inception member of Edward Jones’ BridgeBuilder Mutual Funds.
