Mr. Browne Green, Esq. is admitted to practice law in both California and Virginia. Mr. Greene received his B.A. from George Washington University, Washington, District of Columbia in 1958. Upon graduation, Mr. Greene attended George Washington University Law School, Washington, District of Columbia and received his degree in 1961. During his illustrious legal career, Mr. Greene has published works including: Jury selection: More important now than ever, Advocate Magazine, January 2010 and It’s complicated: Handling cases with difficult fact patterns, Advocate Magazine, February 2014.

Lori Greene graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 1994 and received her undergraduate degree, with honors from Tufts University in 1991. She is a certified mediator and an attorney, licensed to practice law in New York, with over 20 years of combined legal and business experience. Lori’s broad range of experience and skills include: complex family law matters, insurance coverage disputes, and commercial litigation cases, allowing her to skillfully assist clients in resolving all of their business and legal issues involved with divorce. In her private family law practice, working as a divorce mediator and collaborative attorney, she is gratified by helping her clients reach workable, out of court solutions for a legal separation or a divorce. Lori is a member of many esteemed professional mediation and legal organizations, including The New York State Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association, and the NYSCDM divorce mediators group.

James P. Greene graduated from Georgetown University Law Center, JD/LL.M (Tax) in 1995. He holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland and is certified by the University of Illinois as a Master Online Teacher. Mr. Greene operates a full-service law practice in Naperville Illinois where he concentrates in the areas of tax, corporations, partnerships, trusts, non-profits, asset protection, elder law and estate and business planning. As a former faculty member at the John Marshall law School in Chicago, Mr. Greene has taught coursework in both international and corporate tax. In addition, Mr. Greene has taught various courses in economics at universities and colleges throughout the United States. Mr. Greene performs public speaking on topics ranging from Asset Protection to Estate Planning and Taxation. In 2007, Mr. Greene founded the Illinois Tax Training Institute (ITTI). ITTI is Illinois’ only tax training school leading to representation before the Internal Revenue Service. At the time of this writing, ITTI continues as the only tax school in Illinois expressly training for high paying careers in IRS tax representation. ITTI is paving the way to individual financial independence by teaching members of the community and tax preparers, to become professionals in tax representation for individuals and businesses. The Institute promotes tax compliance and integrity in the profession and gears its courses to reflect the significant role of ethics in the practice.
