Erik Ikhilov is a founding member and general partner of the firm. Erik Ikhilov received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Brooklyn College of City University of New York in 1990. He received a Juris Doctor Degree from Widener University School of Law in 1992. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1993. Mr. Ikhilov has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation. Mr. Ikhilov represents foreign and domestic companies and individuals before the State Courts of New York. Mr. Ikhilov currently represents the firm in all motion practice and all trial work. Mr. Ikhilov has wide range of clients which maintain a long standing relationship with this firm. Mr. Ikhilov came to the United States at the age of 12 and was raised in Brooklyn, New York, where he resides with his wife and two children. Mr. Erik Ikhilov has represented personal injury victims in all courts of New York City and surrounding counties. He has 25 years of experience in all aspects of personal injury litigation from inception to trial. Under his supervision and management, the firm has recovered millions of dollars for injury victims throughout the state.

Funsho Ilori, Esq. is a Personal Injury Attorney at The Law Offices of Sobo & Sobo. Funso handles a variety of personal injury cases including, but not limited to: motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, and construction accidents. Funsho, a native of Orange County, New York, completed his high school education in Pine Bush. His academic journey continued as he earned an undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany. Later, he enrolled in law school at Florida State University, where he discovered his passion for personal injury law. Throughout his law school years, Funsho thrived in the competitive atmosphere while participating in the moot court team. He further demonstrated his commitment to the legal field by volunteering for the Innocence Project, offering vital assistance to individuals who often struggled to secure legal support, particularly in personal injury cases.

Vincent Imhoff is the Managing Director of Imhoff & Associates, PC. Imhoff & Associates has offices throughout the United States and works with over 650 lawyers across the country. Originally from Chicago, Mr. Imhoff is admitted to practice law in Illinois, California, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Imhoff obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Lewis University and earned his JD from the Illinois Institute of Technology/Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1989. From 1990 to 1997 Mr. Imhoff was a Cook County, Illinois Public Defender (Chicago). In 1997 Mr. Imhoff entered private practice as a solo practitioner. In 2003, Mr. Imhoff founded Imhoff & Associates, PC. In 2005, Mr. Imhoff became the Managing Director of The Cochran Firm, Criminal Defense section. After Mr. Cochran passed away, Mr. Imhoff re-established Imhoff & Associates, PC and left the Cochran Firm. From 2000 through 2002, Mr. Imhoff was the assistant coach for the trial team at Loyola University of Chicago, School of Law. Mr. Imhoff is currently a member of the State Bar of California, State Bar of Illinois and the State Bar of Pennsylvania. Mr. Imhoff is also a member of the California Public Defenders Association, Santa Monica Bar Association (Treasurer 2012-2014, Board Member 2008-2014), Lesbian Gay Lawyers Association (Secretary 2009-2011, Board Member 2009-2015), San Bernardino County Bar, San Fernando Valley Bar Association, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice (CACJ), and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL).
