He has fourteen years of experience working on behalf of plaintiffs, focusing on complex litigation in areas such as nursing home abuse, wrongful deaths, and Jones Act/Maritime law. Adam Irvin received his Bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2015 and his law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2018. Mr. Irvin is a member of the Missouri and Illinois state bars. Mr. Irvin concentrates his practice representing the people for their workers' compensation cases. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Irvin worked defending corporations and insurance companies agasint workers' compensation actions, providing him with unique insight regarding how the process works from within. He is now taking that insight and using it to provide the people with competent and diligent representation they deserve. Mr. Irvin practices in the Workers' Compensation department out of our St. Louis, Missouri location. He handles both Illinois and Missouri workers' compensation claims.

Ethan D. Irwin is the owner of The Irwin Law Firm, PLLC and has been successfully practicing civil litigation for over 20 years, conducting trials in the Courts of the City of New York, as well as Nassau and Suffolk Counties. He has successfully prosecuted countless personal injury lawsuits. Prior to practicing as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney, Ethan represented six Fortune 500 insurance companies, individual defendants, and was a Court Appointed Referee, having been appointed Referee in Nassau, Richmond and Kings Counties. Ethan was also qualified under Part 36 of the Rules of the Chief Judge of New York as a Guardian, Court Evaluator, Attorney for Alleged Incapacitated Person, and Counsel to Guardian. Ethan started The Irwin Law Firm, PLLC in August of 2020, after being the managing partner at a boutique personal injury law firm, with one office in Manhattan. Since then, The Irwin Law Firm has expanded and has offices in Manhattan and Long Island.
