Troy Isaacson is licensed to practice in Nevada and California. Janeen V. Isaacson has been a practicing litigator for more than 21 years. Prior to joining the firm, she spent 8 years as a prosecutor for the Office of Bar Counsel, including serving as Interim Bar Counsel. She was hired by the Nevada State Bar for her litigation background to serve as the prosecutor designated to handle the largest and most difficult cases. She prosecuted and obtained disbarments for the office’s high profile and complex cases, including the case against Robert Graham, who was ultimately convicted of stealing more than $10 million in client funds. During her tenure, Janeen served as lead counsel for more than 100 discipline trials. She participated in the investigation and prosecution of hundreds of other cases which were concluded without a Formal Hearing. Janeen also handled dozens of appeals brought by Respondents and was one of the few prosecutors to participate in oral argument for a discipline matter before the Nevada Supreme Court. Before joining the Nevada State Bar, Janeen was an equity partner with the litigation firm of Marks & Isaacson. She and her partner managed a staff of approximately 20 people and handled primarily civil and commercial litigation cases. Janeen participated in a number of complex litigation trials including one that spanned a period of six months. Prior to starting her own firm, Janeen spent a number of years as in-house counsel with Travelers Insurance. She was the firm’s lead trial attorney for commercial litigation cases. She was recruited by Traveler’s Insurance while serving as an associate for the firm of Lorber Greenfield. Janeen started as an associate in the San Diego office and was transferred to Las Vegas in 1998 to help establish the firm’s office in Nevada. She has made her home in Nevada for more than 20 years. Janeen is admitted to practice law in California, Nevada and Colorado. She and her family have a second home in Colorado Springs, where her husband was born and raised, and where her family spends a portion of their time. Janeen’s experience as a Managing Partner of a law firm combined with her extensive regulatory background make her uniquely qualified to help guide law firms and lawyers through the pitfalls and complications of running a successful practice while strictly complying with the Rules of Professional Conduct and will be an asset to professionals governed by other regulatory bodies when disputes arise as to their compliance with codified standards of practice.

Adriane M. Isenberg is a graduate of Smith College in Northampton, MA with a BA in Hispanic Studies. She graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with a J.D. in 1996 and has been practicing in Gainesville, FL throughout her legal career. In 2006, the Law Firm of Adriane M. Isenberg, P.A. was formed. Ms. Isenberg has been involved exclusively in family law practice since then. Her areas of expertise include divorce, paternity, child support, parenting plans, adoptions, guardianships, wills and trusts, domestic violence and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Dave has represented debt collectors and debt buyers before the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and many state Attorneys General, along with protecting client interests before all debt collector and debt buyer licensing jurisdictions. Dave has extensive experience handling employment-related class actions, including wage and hour collective actions throughout the nation, along with matters before every federal and most state agencies that enforce employment laws. Following his graduation from Cornell University’s New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations with a bachelor of sciences degree in labor law, Dave attended Rutgers University Law School and Seton Hall University Law School, receiving his law degree in 1981. Before attending law school, Dave worked as a management labor relations representative for a Fortune 100 company. Since 1981, his practice has always included employment law, representing management interests. Having served for many years on the Commerce Clearing House’s National Human Resources Board, he also worked as an executive committee member of the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division Labor Law Committee. He has been an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. While now part of OutSolve, Dave was a founding member of Pinnacle Affirmative Action Services, one of the nation’s largest preparer of affirmative action plans. Dave was a contributing editor to the journal SHRM Magazine and the Legal Trends editor of the monthly newspaper, HRNews, both published by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has been a speaker for SHRM’s national conferences and regional seminars. Presenting at many national and regional conferences Dave has been an active member of various trade organizations that represent debt collectors, including the American Collectors Association and the Membership Attorney Program for appointed counsel for debt collectors. He has spoken at the National Association of Attorneys General, along with other state and federal regulators. Dave has been a part-time associate professor at Loyola University’s Graduate Business School in New Orleans, teaching a joint course in the business and law schools. Dave has received recognition in various “best attorney” listings in Louisiana and New Orleans and named a recipient of the national BTI All-Stars Counsel Award, as chosen by corporate counsel for providing outstanding legal services.
