Mr. Kritzer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from SUNY Buffalo (1989), and his Juris Doctor from New York Law School (1992). He was admitted to practice in New York State in 1992, and he is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is also a member of numerous bar and trial lawyer associations including the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Suffolk County Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Kritzer is a member of the Transportation Committee for the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.

Mrs. Krohn is a native Las Vegan and graduated from UNLV in 1990. She obtained her juris doctorate degree from the University of Tulsa, College of Law in 1993. In 2011, she was appointed to the standing panel of Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees for the District of Nevada by the U.S. Department of Justice. She was awarded the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada's Lied Award, Pro Bono Attorney of the Year Award for 2007. Mrs. Krohn is a member of the Southern Nevada Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Local Rules Committee. She was an adjunct professor at the College of Southern Nevada teaching probate and bankruptcy law. She is a past Chairperson of the State Bar of Nevada Bankruptcy Section and the past Vice-Chair and Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility. She is licensed to practice law in all Federal and State Courts in Nevada, the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Tax Court.
