Mr. Lambert founded the firm in July of 1998 in order to cater to the legal needs of small to mid-sized businesses, their owners and executives. Mr. Lambert was born in White Plains, New York, on May 4, 1953. He attended Fordham University, where he received his B.A. in Communication Arts, and Fordham University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1979. Mr. Lambert is a business lawyer who serves as outside general counsel to a wide range of businesses, including many small to middle-market companies and start-up businesses, in a variety of industries. In his role as outside general counsel, Mr.Lambert provides counsel on the broad range of legal subjects affecting business, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and financings; antitrust and distribution law; banking and commercial finance; employment law; contracts; trademarks; and the negotiated resolution of business disputes. The clients of Dunn Lambert, L.L.C. are located primarily in New Jersey and New York, but the firm does maintain general counsel relationships with clients in other states in the United States and in Europe.

Anthony J. Lamberti, Esq. joined Armstrong & Lamberti, PLLC as partner in 2011. He focuses on elder law, trusts and estates and guardianship cases. Mr. Lamberti is a lifelong Brooklyn resident who received his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1990. Mr. Lamberti received his undergraduate degree from John Jay College, where he played baseball for the legendary coach Lou DeMartino and he was elected to the John Jay College Athletics Hall of Fame in 1996. He previously served as a Principal Law Clerk of the New York State Supreme Court, Kings County, to the Honorable Leonard Scholnick and oversaw approximately 1,500 guardianship cases. Mr. Lamberti serves on a number of boards related to guardianship and elder law and he is a frequent lecturer on these issues before bar associations and civic organizations.

After graduating from the City University of New York, I moved from New York in 2003 to attend Law School at the prestigious St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, wherein I realized that I had found my new home. After graduation, I opened my first business in South Florida in 2007 and have been striving and learning from the community and all the legal issues that surround every unique Client, with their own unique set of facts. I contribute to the community by participating in the local Chambers of Commerce, and by participating in charitable fundraiser events with Habitat for Humanity, NetLife4Families, and The Salvation Army. Despite having my own firm and my community efforts, I always make time for my family, whether it be coaching baseball for my sons or participating with Dancing with your Daughter events. My firm currently represents Clients with all types of injuries that range from a broken toe to the most severe cases of death or dismemberment. We take pride in each case and get to know every Client and their families, because they are what ‘s most important.

Andrew Lampros has an active trial and litigation practice representing plaintiffs. Andrew has litigated and tried matters in a variety of settings, including Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA), products liability, wrongful death, tractor trailer accidents, automobile accidents, consumer fraud, civil rights, negligent security, nursing home and assisted living negligence, insurance bad faith, business torts and commercial litigation. Andrew has experience litigating and trying cases for individuals and small businesses and has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients.
