Area of Practice: Chief Legal Officer and Board Counsel Seth Krauss is the Chief Administrative Officer & Senior Counsel to the Board of Directors and Senior Management of TKO Group Holdings, Inc., and has served in that position since January 2025. He previously served as Chief Legal and Administrative Officer from September 2023 until December 2024. He also serves as Chief Administrative Officer & Senior Counsel to the Board of Directors and Senior Management of Endeavor, a position he has held since January 2024, after serving as Endeavor’s Chief Legal Officer from June 2014 until October 2023 and as Chief Legal and Administrative Officer from October 2023 to December 2023. From March 2007 to June 2014, he served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Take Two Interactive Software Inc. (Nasdaq). From March 2004 through March 2007 he served in the Legal and Compliance Division of Morgan Stanley, first as Vice President and Counsel and then as Executive Director and Counsel. From 1995 until joining Morgan Stanley in March 2004, Mr. Krauss served as an Assistant District Attorney and Senior Investigative Counsel in the New York County District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Krauss currently serves as a member of the board of directors of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association. He previously served as a member of the board of directors of the Center for Family Representation and as a member of the board of trustees of Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. Mr. Krauss graduated with a Bachelor of Arts both in History and in Political Science from Duke University and a Juris Doctor from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.

Ronald Kreismann is Special Counsel in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York Office. He focuses his practice on the representation of employers in all aspects of labor relations and employment law. His clients include notable cultural institutions, employers and employer associations involved in the maritime industry, and employers in the financial services and real estate and hospitality industries. He frequently serves as chief spokesperson in client collective bargaining negotiations, as well as representing clients in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and in the defense of employment discrimination claims in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies. He also advises and represents clients in a wide range of employment matters including wage and hour issues and all areas of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws. Mr. Kreismann is a panel arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association’s employment law panel and he is on the American Arbitration Association’s mediation panel. Mr. Kreismann has been rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named to Best Lawyers in America (2013-2021) and to Super Lawyers (2015-2021). He is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the American Bar Association and the Labor and Employment and Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the New York State Bar Association.

John Kreuser is a shareholder with the firm who primarily practices employment law before the state and federal administrative agencies and courts. John began his career path at the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he earned dual bachelor’s degrees geared towards law and social justice. After graduating from UW-Madison, John secured a clerkship with the firm and was later promoted to office manager. While working for the firm, he gained admission to Marquette University Law School where he continued to expand his knowledge in the field of labor and employment law by taking courses such as employment discrimination, private sector labor law, public sector labor law, employment law and disability law. John’s academic success speaks for itself where he received multiple dean’s list honors, a merit scholarship and top marks in his course work including the highest grade in his employment discrimination course. After graduating from Marquette, John immediately took a post as an associate with the firm where he quickly excelled in obtaining positive results for his clients with respect to employment discrimination matters, disability and medical leaves, unemployment compensation, contract/severance negotiation, sexual harassment and other areas relating to the field. This combination of academic achievement and practice experience has paved the way for John’s successful labor and employment law practice and resulted in his rapid elevation to named shareholder status with the firm. When John is not assisting clients, he enjoys taking weekend trips to new cities, entertaining friends and family, getting involved in the community, diving into Spotify playlists and hanging out with his bull terrier, Charlie.
