Adam R. Leighton, Esq. ([email protected]), an AV-Rated lawyer and Partner at Cohen & Cohen, PC, is a 1997 graduate of the University of Toledo School of Law. Emily Moore Leininger practices primarily in the areas of Divorce, Family Law, and Juvenile Law. She is actively involved in the Williamson County Bar Association, having been appointed to be the Law Day and Career Fair Chair. Emily is also a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Nashville Bar Association. In 1971, I founded and organized Shore National Bank, and directed its growth and subsequent merger with Garden State National Bank. I also became active in land development and commercial construction projects, including office buildings, hotels, restaurants and shopping centers. As the Brick Business Administrator, I combined past business experience with political and non-profit experience to manage a $17 million budget with 350 employees. After 25 years as a business entrepreneur, I then began offering my knowledge to fellow entrepreneurs as a full time practicing attorney. My legal career began as a partner in a 25-lawyer firm with a concentration on multi-million dollar business acquisitions and sales, and large residential and commercial real estate transactions. Ann Leone is a Chicago native who specializes in representing business owners, professionals, and their spouses in complex, divorce and family law related matters.
