I have come to the practice of law after a diversified career in business, banking, land development, building construction, and public administration. I’ve walked your walk, sat on your side of the table and felt your frustration when dealing with retained counsel. Because I can understand and relate to the client’s position, I am particularly mindful of the client’s need to balance legal costs with the benefits derived. Whether it’s litigation or transactions, the business person wants value for legal expenditures. I have committed myself to value-added legal services. My business experience began immediately upon graduation from Columbia University. I founded a statewide building material distribution company and grew it into a multi-million dollar business with more than 100 employees. In 1983, I sold the company through a sale of its shares. In 1971, I founded and organized Shore National Bank, and directed its growth and subsequent merger with Garden State National Bank. I also became active in land development and commercial construction projects, including office buildings, hotels, restaurants and shopping centers. As the Brick Business Administrator, I combined past business experience with political and non-profit experience to manage a $17 million budget with 350 employees. After 25 years as a business entrepreneur, I then began offering my knowledge to fellow entrepreneurs as a full time practicing attorney. My legal career began as a partner in a 25-lawyer firm with a concentration on multi-million dollar business acquisitions and sales, and large residential and commercial real estate transactions. When I formed Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks, L.L.C., I gathered the finest legal minds in the area who shared a common belief that individuals, organizations, business owners and professionals could truly profit from legal advice tempered with solid business experience. The team of attorneys and experts that we have assembled is second to none. It is a cadre of legal advisors that can be counted on to help your businesses grow and to protect your hard-earned assets. The collective talents of the lawyers in our firm are always at the service of our clients, whether it is a business transaction, a serious personal injury, a land use, a family law or litigation. No matter is too small or too complex. If the matter is outside of our legal knowledge, we will work with you to find the right person to serve your needs. We believe if we serve the client’s interests first, we are served as well.
