Additionally, he has experience representing clients during government enforcement proceedings in both China and the U.S.

Christopher Hudson is an attorney located in Augusta, Georgia, who serves the entire Central Savannah Region in a variety of plaintiff personal injury matters. Since 2005, Chris has owned and managed The Chris Hudson Law Group, a law practice dedicated to representing injured persons in the areas of automobile accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, personal injury, and workers’ compensation cases. Chris began his legal career in 2004, with Fulcher, Hagler, Reed, Hanks, & Harper, LLP, a medium-sized law firm in Augusta, Georgia, where practiced in the areas of civil litigation and workers’ compensation defense. Born in Augusta, Chris has been a resident of Columbia County nearly all his life. Chris graduated high school from Lakeside High in 1994. Following high school, Chris attended Augusta State University for two years and then finished his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia, where he graduated in 2000 with honors and obtained BA in Political Science. Following college, Chris attended Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Georgia. During law school, Chris served as Managing Editor of the Mercer Law Review, and published a law review article entitled, “PGA Tour, Inc. v. Casey Martin, Reasonable Modifications under the ADA FORE the disabled.” 53 Mercer L. Rev. 1717 (2002). Chris graduated from law school in 2003 and achieved the academic record of cum laude, finishing among the top 10% of his graduating class. Additionally, Chris received the following academic honors/recognitions: Induction into the Brainerd Currie Honor Society; Faculty Award for Outstanding Achievement in Legal Writing; a Certificate from the College’s Nationally acclaimed legal writing program; and CALI Awards for the highest grades in Advanced Legal Writing and Law Practice Management.

After nearly a decade of litigation experience with the firm Mr. Huebner has secured no cause trial verdicts in complex medical malpractice cases. Mr. Huebner has successfully secured dismissals for multiple clients through challenges to unfounded expert testimony, evidentiary issues, and summary disposition. His practice is focused on litigating cases from their inception through trial, if necessary. In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Huebner was an Intern to Gerald Rosen, Chief Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan. While working for Judge Rosen, he updated the chapters of the Federal Civil Trial and Practice guide concerning relevance and hearsay. Mr. Huebner also served as a Student Attorney for the Free Legal Aid Clinic of Detroit and the Vice Dean of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity. Paul also earned the Wayne State University Law School – Warrior Pro Bono Award. After law school, he began his legal work at the Theresa Law Center in Bloomfield Hills, MI, acting as litigation support for contested probate matters.

Attorney Ekaterina Huff is an immigration lawyer with substantial experience handling all greencard, visa, and naturalization matters. Notably, Ekaterina passed the bar exam after completing just one year of law school studies in the United States. Early in her legal career, she held an internship at Yoon & Huff, PLLC where she gained various hands-on experience with the firm’s immigration matters. Today, Ekaterina is an immigration attorney and co-founder of Huff Law where she provides diligent and meticulous representation on all U.S. immigration matters. She focuses her practice solely in U.S. immigration law. Since U.S. immigration law is federal law, she is able to handle U.S. immigration cases from any state or country in the world. She has represented foreign national clients from many countries throughout the world. Ekaterina is known for her experience handling complex greencard, visa, and naturalization cases.

Stuart P. Huffman graduated from Central Missouri State University with a bachelor in Science for Criminal Justice and a minor in psychology in 1997. He then went to the University of Missouri-Kansas City and graduated with a J.D. in 2000. Mr. Huffman, while in law school, was a law clerk for Wyandotte County Circuit Court in 1999 and then Jackson County Associate Court in 2000. While a law clerk, he worked directly with Judges to research legal issues and draft legal pleadings. After graduation, he desired employment where he could have the ability to try cases. After passing the bar exam in 2000, he started employment with the Missouri State Public Defender's office in 2001 at the Springfield Missouri Office. He was assigned to be in the trial division and handled all manner of misdemeanor and felony cases. His responsibilities included but were not limited to handling routine court appearances, filing motions on behalf of clients, client conferences, both in the jail and at his office trying felony and misdemeanor bench and jury trials. While at the Public Defender's office, Mr. Huffman had the opportunity to be the primary attorney for numerous felony cases. In September of 2002, Mr. Huffman left the Public Defender's office and became an associate at the law firm of Whiteaker & Wilson P.C., located in Springfield Missouri. There, he continued to handle criminal cases ranging from traffic to murder in the first degree but also had the chance to handle civil litigation and worker's compensation cases. Mr. Huffman became a partner in 2008 and continues to operate in that capacity with Richard Davis and Brandon Potter. Over time, Mr. Huffman practice changed to where he now handles almost exclusively criminal cases. He practices criminal defense in federal, state and municipal courts located in Springfield Missouri and the surrounding regions. Mr. Huffman is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (MACDL). He is also a member of the National Trial Lawyer's Top 100 Lawyers and the American Society of Legal Advocates. The Missouri Bar selected Mr. Huffman as a Lon O. Hocker Trial Advocacy Award recipient (2009). His peers have recognized him as a Missouri and Kansas Rising Star in 2011 and 2012 Missouri Superlawyer magazine.
