Wayne Mineo’s practice focuses on general negligence/liability, plaintiff and defense premise liability, motor vehicle liability and insurance law. Previously he managed the law firm of Mineo and Associates, headquartered in Clearwater, Florida. Wayne is a former instructor and lecturer for the National Institute of Trial Attorneys and National Association for Subrogation Professional. He is also a member of the Florida Bar Association, Clearwater Bar Association, and founder of the Living Will Project.
