Don Murphy has been helping serious injury and wrongful death victims, their families and grieving survivors since 1984. He has spent well over 100 days in jury and court trials. Don is a member of national and state trial lawyer organizations (American Association for Justice, California Association for Justice and Wisconsin Association for justice) and has spent over 100 days in jury and court trials. Don graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1984 and is a member of both the California and Wisconsin Bar Associations. He is the firm’s managing attorney and works closely with the other lawyers and paralegals and personally supervises each injury file. He represents injury clients throughout California and Wisconsin and appears in both jurisdictions on a regular basis. Don’s practice focuses on serious bodily injury and wrongful death caused by all types of motorized vehicle accidents and he has been responsible for over 2,000 successfully resolved injury claims.

Daniel A. Murphy received his Bachelors’ Degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida December, 2009. Mr. Murphy attained his law degree, Cum Laude, from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School – Tampa Bay Campus, April of 2015. Mr. Murphy is a member of the Florida Bar since October, 2015. The Florida Bar is the organization of all lawyers licensed by the Supreme Court of Florida to practice law in the state. Daniel is also a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association which advances professionalism, promotes practice development, encourages public service, fosters fellowship and supports access to legal services for all. Daniel is an EAGLE member of the Florida Justice Association, a statewide organization of trial lawyers who are dedicated to strengthening and upholding Florida’s civil justice system and protecting the rights of Florida’s citizens and consumers. Elizabeth Murphy attended Campbell University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor degree. Shortly thereafter, Ms. Murphy was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar as well as the United States District Court Eastern District of North Carolina in 2006. Ms. Murphy’s areas of practice include Worker’s Compensation, Estate Planning, Elder Law, Personal Injury, Wills & Power of Attorney, Estate Administration. Ms. Murphy is also affiliated with North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the Harnett County Bar Association, the 11A Judicial District Bar and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys.
