Paul Odegaard, a native of North Dakota, came to Montana in 1999 to begin his legal career in private practice. Prior to earning his law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1998, Paul graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota in 1994. While attending law school, he was inducted into the Order of the Coif, which reflected his achievement for graduating in the top 10% of his class. Paul was also published by, and a member of, the law review. After graduating from law school, Paul served as a law clerk for the Justice Mary Muehlen Maring of the North Dakota Supreme Court for one year. From there, he began working for the Crowley Fleck firm in Billings, Montana, where he handled civil litigation cases?primarily in the fields of personal injury and workers? compensation. In 2008, Paul started his own practice and continued to focus on helping people deal with the devastating effects of physical injuries or wrongful death ? whether caused by a workplace accident, defective products, or the negligence of others. Having spent much of his youth near the Bakken oil fields of the Williston Basin, he became particularly committed to representing victims of workplace injury in that region. Paul comes from a long line of farmers, and is deeply influenced by his heritage. This influence has shaped his devotion to helping those who have been harmed by corporations, insurance companies and other moneyed interests. He is passionate about representing working class men and women.

Long Island accident lawyer Scott F. Odierno was born in Bronx, New York, in 1967, and moved to Long Island in 1973. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Medieval and Renaissance History from Brown University in 1989. At Brown, Scott was captain of the Baseball team and a First Team All-Ivy catcher. Scott joined The Odierno Law Firm, P.C. upon graduating from New York Law School in 1992. His practice is concentrated in two fields: Personal Injury and No-Fault litigation. He is admitted to practice in Federal Court in both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in addition to all New York State Courts. Scott is a partner in The Odierno Law Firm, P.C. and his practice includes all manner of personal injury representation, from intake to trial. Scott oversees all motion and appellate practice in the personal injury department. In 2003 Scott engineered the firm’s no-fault litigation department, which has successfully represented over a thousand medical providers in obtaining no-fault benefits prematurely denied by insurance companies.

Cathy O’Donnell is the Vice President of the Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association (Luzerne County Bar); Chairperson Luzerne County Dress for Success; a member of the Board of Directors United Way Wyoming Valley; and a member of the Board of Directors for Junior Leadership of Wilkes-Barre. She is an MBA, member of the DC Bar, and served as a District Justice from 2000 to January 2002. In addition to her practice areas, Cathy serves as the Firm’s Business Manager. Catherine attended The University of Pittsburgh for both her undergraduate and law degrees.

Kwaku D. Ofori, Esq., received his Juris Doctor from the University of the District of Columbia School of Law in May 1997. Prior to earning his JD, he received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Finance, Magna Cum Laude from Southeastern University, Washington, D.C. in August 1986. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Finance from Slippery Rock University, Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania in August 1983. Mr. Ofori was admitted to practice law in Maryland and New Jersey in June 2004 and the District of Columbia in February 2007. Attorney Ofori is a member of numerous Bar Associations including American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Maryland State Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, Montgomery County Bar Association, Prince George’s County Bar Association and American Inns of Court, Montgomery County. In October of 2005, Ofori Law Firm, LLC was opened as a solo law firm with areas of practice in real estate settlements, civil and commercial litigation, landlord and tenant law, business and corporate and personal injury practice. The firm also practices litigation in the District and Circuit Courts of Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties, Maryland. Prior to the opening of Ofori Law Firm, LLC. Attorney Ofori was the managing attorney at Fountainhead Title Group (FTG) in the Greenbelt, Maryland Branch between June 2003 and September 2005. He conducted both residential and commercial real estate settlements/closings for properties located in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Additionally, he marketed FTG services to real estate agents, brokers, mortgage loan officers and brokers and financial institutions in the mortgage and real estate industry. After law school, Ofori worked as a law clerk at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Board of Contract of Appeals (HUDBCA) in Washington, D.C. from August 1997 to July 1998. As a law clerk, Ofori drafted decisions and orders for three administrative judges on government contracts, real estate litigation, IRS tax offsets, suspensions and debarments, conducted legal research of statutes, regulations, state and federal laws, legal writing and analysis, resolution of complex legal problems and issues, assisted in preparation of hearings before the Board. Ofori began his real estate law and title insurance career first as a real estate agent with Long and Foster Realtors in the Kensington, Maryland branch in 1986. He later worked in different areas within the real estate industry as a title examiner with then Golden Feather Realty Services, Inc. in Baltimore, Maryland; as a Title Insurance Underwriter with Mid-States Title Insurance Company, Inc. in 1999 in Fairfax, Virginia and as a Closer at Associates Relocation Management Company, Inc. in Washington, DC. From 1989 to 1994. In addition to practicing law, Ofori is also a licensed real estate broker in Maryland. He has also served as a volunteer Commissioner with the Landlord/Tenant Affairs Commission in Montgomery County, Maryland.
