MARK J. OBRAL is the founder and President of Obral, Silk & Pal, LLC. Since the start of his legal career in 1984, Attorney Obral has dedicated his law practice to representing the injured. Mr. Obral completed his undergraduate degree at Cleveland State University and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Mr. Obral is licensed to practice in all Ohio Courts, including the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and has argued numerous cases before the Supreme Court of Ohio. Paul Odegaard, a native of North Dakota, came to Montana in 1999 to begin his legal career in private practice. Prior to earning his law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1998, Paul graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota in 1994. While attending law school, he was inducted into the Order of the Coif, which reflected his achievement for graduating in the top 10% of his class. Paul was also published by, and a member of, the law review. After graduating from law school, Paul served as a law clerk for the Justice Mary Muehlen Maring of the North Dakota Supreme Court for one year. From there, he began working for the Crowley Fleck firm in Billings, Montana, where he handled civil litigation cases?primarily in the fields of personal injury and workers? compensation. In 2008, Paul started his own practice and continued to focus on helping people deal with the devastating effects of physical injuries or wrongful death ? whether caused by a workplace accident, defective products, or the negligence of others. Having spent much of his youth near the Bakken oil fields of the Williston Basin, he became particularly committed to representing victims of workplace injury in that region. Paul comes from a long line of farmers, and is deeply influenced by his heritage. This influence has shaped his devotion to helping those who have been harmed by corporations, insurance companies and other moneyed interests. Long Island accident lawyer Scott F. Odierno was born in Bronx, New York, in 1967, and moved to Long Island in 1973. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Medieval and Renaissance History from Brown University in 1989. At Brown, Scott was captain of the Baseball team and a First Team All-Ivy catcher. Scott joined The Odierno Law Firm, P.C. upon graduating from New York Law School in 1992. His practice is concentrated in two fields: Personal Injury and No-Fault litigation. He is admitted to practice in Federal Court in both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in addition to all New York State Courts. Scott is a partner in The Odierno Law Firm, P.C. and his practice includes all manner of personal injury representation, from intake to trial. He has successfully resolved or tried cases in every major area of personal injury practice, including motor vehicle and truck accidents, labor law and scaffolding injuries, premises falls, and lack of security cases. Scott oversees all motion and appellate practice in the personal injury department.
