Mr. Oghassabian graduated from San Diego State University and went on to attend California Western School of Law. He is able to practice law throughout the state of California. Mr. Oghassabian focuses on personal injury and works alongside his team to provide his clients with a vast array of knowledge allowing them to recuperate while seeking the justice they deserve.

Area of Practice: Alternative Dispute Resolution Aaron Ogletree is an attorney, arbitrator, investigator and mediator. He serves as an arbitrator with leading alternative dispute resolution panels, including the American Arbitration Association-International Centre for Dispute Resolution and Court of Arbitration for Sport. He is admitted to the Ontario, Michigan, New York, England and Wales, District of Columbia, and (enrolled) New Zealand bars. He served as chair of the Canadian Bar Association National International Law Section. He has been named by Super Lawyers as a Michigan Rising Star, 2025 recipient of the Elite Lawyer award, 2017-2018 recipient of the National Bar Association’s “40 Under 40 Nation’s Best Advocates” award, 2018 recipient of The Network Journal’s 40 Under Forty Achievers award, and named to the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation.

I focus my practice in civil litigation, general negligence, premises liability, first and third-party no-fault claims, insurance defense, municipal law, and labor and employment. I pride myself on being an aggressive and well-prepared litigator. Every lawsuit has many different stories. I strive to ensure the correct story is uncovered, so I may properly advise my clients throughout the course of litigation. My diligence has garnered a reputation for effective advocacy for my clients. I also currently serve as an Adjunct Law Professor at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. This course utilizes a realistic hypothetical fact pattern to provide students with a hands-on practical approach to the civil litigation process. Outside of the legal profession, I enjoy spending time with my friends, family, and volunteering in my local community through various local bar associations and non-profit groups.
