David J. Bangel, Esq. graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1990 and from Nova University Law School in 1993. Upon graduation, Mr. Bangel became associated with the law firm of Stewart, DeCurtis, Greenblatt, Manning, & Baez. During his tenure with this firm, Mr. Bangel limited his practice to handling all aspects of Workers Compensation cases. At that time, he represented insurance carriers and self-insured employers, gaining extremely valuable knowledge as to how the insurance companies and self-insured clients think about and approach cases. 1997, Mr. Bangel founded the law firm of Bangel & Cohen, LLP. In founding the firm, Mr. Bangel decided to switch to the other side of the table and represent the injured worker before the Workers Compensation Board. It was here that he found his true calling and was able to utilize all of the information he had obtained while representing insurance carriers during the early part of his career.

Anthony Banker is a trial lawyer who devotes his practice to helping people who have been injured or exploited. Over the past 20 years, he has litigated several hundred cases involving negligence, maritime injuries, wrongful death, product liability, insurance bad faith, professional liability, lender liability, and fraud. Anthony graduated cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington. He was awarded a Dean's Honors Scholarship and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Gonzaga Law Review. He is admitted to practice law in the courts of Alabama, Alaska, and Tennessee. Most cases are resolved through negotiation and mediation, but Anthony also routinely tries cases to judges and juries throughout Alaska. He has also tried cases in Tennessee and Alabama. Anthony has been appointed to serve as an arbitrator in cases brought by other lawyers and has served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Alaska, Anchorage where he taught a course in civil litigation.
