Area of Practice: Civil Sexual Abuse Litigation Kayla Ferrel joined OnderLaw in 2014; but before joining the firm, she was known nationally for competing in the television series, America’s Next Top Model, where she was then invited back as a fan favorite to the Reunion Series. She became well known for sharing her survivor’s story with the world. Impassioned with a desire to make a difference, Kayla returned to law school, passed the Bar exam, and is now empowered to help the victims of sexual abuse. As with survivors, we are better in numbers. Appreciating that reality, Kayla has spent over a decade forging national relationships and has solidified partnerships with Sex Abuse litigators across the country. With these partnerships, the OnderLaw team has represented survivors of sexual abuse across the country, holding abusers and enabling institutions legally accountable and delivering nearly one billion dollars in recovery. Kayla currently leads the firm’s Sexual Abuse practice, advocating on behalf of survivors across the country. Teaming with both survivors that are ready to be vocal advocates, as well as those who need their stories to remain highly confidential, Kayla is truly a confidant to all.
