William R. Seligmann has been practicing law for over 30 years in the areas of government and municipal law, personal injury law, construction and development, real estate, and constitutional law. In 2001, Mr. Seligmann established the Law Offices of William R. Seligmann, working in a close relationship with the firm of Atchison, Barisone & Condotti n Santa Cruz; and he has served as the City Attorney for the City of Campbell since 1985. Additionally, he has served on the Executive Committees of Public Law and Litigation Sections of the California Bar, chairing the former Section from 2004 to 2005. He has also served on the Civil Practice Committee of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, chairing the Committee in 2012. He has been a presenter speaker at function of the State Bar and League of California Cities; and he has also served as a consultant and reviewer on a number of legal publications including the California Municipal Law Handbook, and California Land Use Practice.

David translated ten years of defending personal injury claims into a solo practice helping those who are injured in 2001. Since then, David has had the opportunity to grow the practice through the representation of hundreds of clients throughout eastern Pennsylvania. In 2005, David teamed up with Carl Guagliardo and the next year, Selingo Guagliardo, LLC was formed. The boutique personal injury and litigation practice handles major claims including trucking accidents, medical malpractice claims, insurance disputes, and insurance bad faith claims. David was certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by NBTA, a Pennsylvania Supreme Court accredited agency, in 1999, recertified in 2004, 2009 and 2014. He was elected as a Fellow in Litigation Counsel of America in 2008 and as a Senior Fellow in 2015. He attained certification as a Civil Pretrial Advocate in 2012 and was recertified in 2017. David is rated AV by Martindale Hubbell, the highest ranking available by his peers.

Managing Partner Derek Sells began his legal career at the prestigious Washington, D.C. law firm of Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering and continued on to the Washington, D.C. Defender Service as a Senior Trial Attorney. In 1995 Derek joined what is today known as The Cochran Firm. He successfully represented, as co-lead counsel with firm founder Johnny Cochran, a diverse list of clients covering a wide variety of legal matters. In 2002 Derek was selected as Managing Partner of The Cochran Firm and since then he has amassed an extraordinary record of million dollar verdicts and settlements, exceeding over $300 million to date. Derek is a graduate of Dartmouth College (Class of 1985) and Yale Law School (Class of 1988). In addition to his leadership role at The Cochran Firm he has taught trial advocacy at various seminars, including those sponsored by the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association and Harvard Law School. He is a member of the New York and Washington, D.C. bars. Derek resides in Queens, New York with his wife and two sons.

Semaisim Immigration Law Office, PLLC, was created by Haider Semaisim. Haider's legal path began in 2012 in Iraq, starting with criminal and divorce law. Then, in 2014, he came to the United States. Shortly after arriving, Haider enrolled at FXUA, earning a Master's in Applied Linguistics. Continuing, he attended George Mason's Scalia Law School and took the California state bar, where he is currently licensed. Haider knows through first and second-hand experience that immigration is not an easy path, which is what inspired Semaisim Immigration Law Office after he got his license in 2021.
