Timothy A. Rowe was born in Mansfield, Ohio. His father was a missionary in Africa and his uncle is a Lutheran minister. He graduated from the College of Emporia with a degree in Biblical Studies. He also attended the University of California Berkeley and Indiana University. He graduated with a B.A. with distinction in History and Classics from Indiana University and graduated cum laude from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis. He is also a graduate of Gary Spencer's Trial College Seminars. He has been a partner in the law firm of Rowe and Hamilton for 32 years. His practice is currently concentrated in auto accident litigation, personal injury, nursing home litigation, environmental torts, civil rights, in premises liability.

Prior to practicing family law, Mirka practiced professional negligence and civil litigation defense with Bonne Bridges Mueller O’Keefe & Nichols, and then Hancock Bunshoft & Rothert in Los Angeles. ? Before starting her own law firm, she was an attorney for over 16 years at Trope and Trope, formerly one of the preiminent family law firms in West Los Angeles. ? Mirka has conducted hundreds of family law evidentiary hearings and trials and has successfully argued numerous motions and requests for orders, as well as contested domestic violence restraining order trials. Mirka has been named a Southern California Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2005 through 2008, and is recognized in America’s Who’s Who for having achieved success in her field. Alla Roytberg Esq. is a lawyer, mediator and frequent lecturer with over 25 years of professional experience. After graduating from Fordham University School of Law in 1991 and practicing law at two law firms for five years, Ms. Roytberg started The Law Firm and Mediation Practice of Alla Roytberg in 1996. Currently, the firm has two offices located in Manhattan and in Forest Hills, Queens.
