Mr. Yonke attended the university of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law where he earned a Juris Doctorate degree in 1990. Mr. Yonke is now a personal injury attorney at Yonke Law and is admitted to practice law in Missouri, Kansas, as well as the U.S. District Court Western District of Missouri and the U.S. District Court District of Kansas. Mr. Yonke has received many honors and award including Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers, Best of the Bar, Kansas Business Journey, The Best Lawyers in America, as well as the Martindale Hubbell AV Rating. Mr. Yonke is also affiliated with many professional associations and memberships including Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and the American Association for Justice. Robert W. York has been a practicing Indiana Attorney since 1973 having obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence with honors from Indiana University School of Law. He is a former Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, a former Indiana Administrative Law Judge and has presided over many major felony criminal cases as a Special Judge. He devotes his practice to participating in trials in courts throughout Indiana. He is admitted to the bar of the United States Supreme Court the Indiana Supreme Court and of all other courts of Indiana. He has memberships in a number of trial lawyer associations and Bar Associations. He is a recognized author in a number of legal publications and was Editor of Verdict magazine for 12 years. From 2009 through 2014, he served as Chairman of the Marion County Local Probate Rules Committee. He has been certified by the United States Hockey Association as a Master Coach and has coached 40 youth hockey and baseball teams.

Frank Younes is a Nebraska native who earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law. Prior to that he obtained a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. The combination of these types of education has provided him with a sharpened focus on applying his legal education to the business world. While attending law school he gained additional legal experience working as a law clerk in the District Court, where he assisted the District Court Judges in determining the outcomes of various types of cases. Attorney Frank Younes frequently represents individuals and business in various kinds of legal matters, including: personal injury, wrongful death, business and contract formation and litigation, family law, divorces, and real estate litigation. He provides insightful consultations and recommendations to his clients prior to litigation and through out the litigation process.
