As a Senior Assistant Attorney General, Mr. Young was responsible for prosecuting felony cases involving insurance fraud, mortgage fraud, organized crime, workers’ compensation fraud, securities fraud, thefts involving licensed insurance producers, and thefts involving licensed bondsmen. Mr. Young also served as a legal advisor for the Colorado Gang unit at that time. Mr. Young received his undergraduate degrees at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He graduated with distinction with degrees in Finance and Human Resources Management. Upon graduation, Mr. Young attended the University of Colorado School of Law at Boulder and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2003.

Shannan Young is an associate attorney at Davis Bozeman Johnson Law. She brings a unique blend of experience in law, healthcare, and public service. Her career spans public health, pharmacy, and law, and she is driven by a passion for justice, equity, and serving marginalized communities. ? Shannan’s path to law was shaped by her firsthand experiences with systemic inequities in healthcare. After earning her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, she worked as a consultant pharmacist and encountered disparities affecting underrepresented populations.
