Area of Practice: Business Litigation Philip W. Boesch, Jr. is the founder of the Boesch Law Group, a graduate with honors from Brown University, and a graduate with distinction from Duke University School of Law, where he served as Note and Comment Editor of the Duke Law Journal. After joining the national law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher following law school, Mr. Boesch founded Kinsella, Boesch, Fujikawa & Towle, and then in 2000, he founded the Boesch Law Group. Further enhancing a reputation for integrity with Judges and Arbitrators, the California Judges Association has honored Mr. Boesch three times with the request that he author new editions of the Judges’ Handbook for media access to Court proceedings. For the American Arbitration Association, he has served regularly for decades as an Arbitrator on its Large Complex Case Panel, from which he has been selected by more than 290 law firms to decide their clients’ disputes; and he has further been honored by Resolution of the Mayor and Los Angeles City Council for leadership in the public interest on environmental issues and policy.

Ms. Bogan practices in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate, personal injury, civil rights, employment law, and corporate matters, as well as in the representation of nonprofit organizations, business entities, and individuals in the creative industries of entertainment, fashion, and in arts development. Ms. Bogan is experienced in all aspects of commercial business contracts and handles a broad range of litigation, including complex contract litigation. Some of the complex litigation and transactional matters involve business formation, contractor and subcontractor disputes, shareholder oppression, business venture disputes, mechanic’s liens, licensing and endorsement agreements, trademark, copyright prosecution and infringement litigation.

Rosemarie Riddell Bogdan has concentrated in the area of personal injury law since entering private practice over twenty five years ago. She graduated from Cornell University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree, and from Albany Law School with a Juris Doctor degree in 1992. After serving as a confidential law clerk to a New York State Supreme Court Justice, Rosemarie entered private practice in 1993. She has been a partner at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti since 1999. Over the years, Rosemarie has had the privilege of representing individuals in all aspects of personal injury litigation. She has successfully handled cases in the New York State Supreme Courts, New York State Court of Claims, New York State Appellate Division, United States District Courts, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and Superior Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Her successes on behalf of clients may be found in many areas of personal injury practice including defective medical devices and other products, construction site safety, automobile liability, and defective roadway design. Rosemarie represents clients in multi-district litigations regarding defective medical devices and defective drugs. These actions have been pursued on behalf of clients in District Courts located throughout the United States which have included the states of Arizona, California, Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Ohio, Rhode Island and Texas. Rosemarie is asked to speak frequently at Continuing Legal Education seminars on subjects such as the New York State Construction Safety Laws and various other aspects of personal injury litigation. She is the past President of the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association (CDTLA), a not-for-profit corporation with the primary purpose to encourage frequent consultation among its members to promote the profession and to seek to alleviate difficulties that the members may encounter in the course of their practice. She is also member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Albany County Bar Association, National Trial Lawyers, Top 25 Mass Tort Trial Lawyers and National Trial Lawyers Top 100.

Jeffrey C. Bogert began practicing law in 1987 and he has primarily represented plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. Since 2005, he has focused on Mass Torts litigation, handling cases against Proctor and Gamble, Merck, Dupuy, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis and Sanofis including participating in bellwether trials in two different MDL litigations. He has tried thirty-two cases to jury verdict in state and federal court. He is licensed to practice law in California and has been admitted to practice in Federal Court in Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and the District of Columbia. He has presented on a variety of subjects at legal conferences, such as The Western Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. Jeff received his A.B. in political science from Occidental College in Los Angeles and his J.D. from the University of the Pacific / McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento.
