Robert B. Baker, Esq., is an experienced civil trial attorney who has achieved multiple 7 and 8 figure jury verdicts on behalf of his clients. He won this appeal which changed the landscape of Florida uninsured/underinsured motor vehicle laws. In 2011, Mr. Baker won a $39 Million Dollar jury verdict against Yamaha Motor Corp. USA, in a WaveRunner collision (off-throttle steering defect). The Daily Business Review awarded Mr. Baker “Most Effective Lawyer” in South Florida in 2011. In 2019, Mr. Baker founded the law firm Baker Legal Team to better serve victims of corporate malfeasance in Mass Tort litigation including Truvada, Zantac, Roundup, 3M earplugs and Camp Lejeune. Robbie earned his B.A. from Ithaca College in 1986 and his law degree from Boston University School of Law in 1989. He successfully passed four State Bar Examinations on the first try including Florida (1993), New York (1989), Massachusetts (1992), and Rhode Island (1990). He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Lawyers of Distinction, and the Florida Bar.
