Lawyers Professional Liability Allan Cobb is lawyer, teacher, friend, confidant, drone “hobbyist,” and Pulitzer Prize nominated photographer. He focuses his law practice on federal and state legal malpractice defense, personal injury, business litigation, technology law, and identity theft recovery. He has a B.S. in Political Science and Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville. Prior to engaging in the civil practice of law, he was an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Jefferson County, Kentucky, where he prosecuted computer crimes, public integrity crimes, and white-collar crimes. While an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney, he wrote Kentucky’s present computer crime statutes (i.e., KRS 434.840—434.860 “Unlawful Access to a Computer”). Allan has been on faculty at both Boston University and the University of Louisville, and published numerous articles in the areas of law and technology.

Kathryn Coburn is the Founder and Principal of KATHRYN COBURN, Attorneys at Law. Before starting her own practice, Kathryn Coburn was a Partner in the Santa Monica office of Murphy Cooke Kobrick LLP. Ms. Coburn managed the Health Law Practice; focused on health information technology, information privacy, security and digital evidence. She has represented health plans, pharmacy benefit administrators and healthcare providers, in complex transactional matters involving Health IT, government investigations and audits, pharmacy benefit administration and e-commerce. Prior to entering private practice, Kathryn was Chief Technology Counsel and Intellectual Property Counsel at a Fortune 100 company, where she counseled health plans and their Pharmacy Benefit Manager for 15 years. Kathryn is an Editor of the California Health Law News. She is past Co-Chair of the Healthcare Technology Committee of the American Bar Association; past Co-Chair of the Information Security Committee of the American Bar Association and former Chair of the Health Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Attorney P. Paul Cocoros has over 50 years of experience in providing excellent legal representation and sound advice to his clients in Baltimore and the surrounding counties. Ms. Coe joined MPW in October 2006 in the role of Associate General Counsel. She worked with Jimmy Peck (Former General Counsel & Current General Manager) to form MPWs Legal Department. Ms. Coe was promoted to General Counsel in March 2009 and Secretary in January 2010. Since November 2010 she has also been the Corporate Director of Health & Safety. Prior to joining MPW, Stefanie was an Assistant City Attorney in Columbus, Ohio. Stefanie graduated in 2001 from the University of Dayton with a bachelors degree in communication with minors in political science and womens studies. She received her juris doctor degree from The Ohio State Universitys Michael E. Moritz College of Law in 2004.

Bill Coffield has successfully represented corporations, corporate officers of major corporations, and public sector officials, including The White House and The United States Congress, for over twenty-five years. He is AV Peer Rated by Martindale Hubbell, is ranked a Super Lawyer by Thompson Reuters, and has been named a Top One Hundred Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers Association. In 2015 Bill was made a Fellow in the Litigation Counselors of America. His areas of practice and expertise include white collar and complex civil litigation. Bill attended Fordham University and The University of Miami. He served in the US Army as an Infantry Officer. He is a graduate of numerous Military programs, to include the U.S. Army\'s Airborne and Ranger Schools. He was Executive Assistant to Congressman Bill Emerson from 1985 to 1991.
