Guinness J. Costello is a thoughtful and effective advocate who is proud to exclusively represent plaintiffs, fiercely pursuing justice on behalf of all his clients. After receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2019, Guinness began his career representing victims of utility caused fires throughout California. In this capacity, Guinness was appointed plaintiff’s liaison counsel in the LA Foster Cases, a grouping of more than 200 cases against the County of Los Angeles, among other defendants, stemming from abuse the Plaintiffs had suffered as foster youths. Ms. Costis grew up in the Fresno area of the California central valley. She then attended and graduated from UC Davis with high honors, earning a BA in Economics and English Literature.
