Renée is the firm’s Managing Partner for the Trademark Practice and the New York office of Nolte Lackenbach Siegel. Over the course of her career, she has managed intellectual property assets from a business, law firm, and in-house perspective. This experience provides an uncommon combination of insight that makes her a valuable resource for clients on issues related to both the business and legal aspects of intellectual property. The creative and entrepreneurial spirit that is so often found within this area of law is what she thrives on. Renée has protected and managed thousands of trademarks, copyrights and domain names and has advised on various issues related to intellectual property in several capacities. Before and while attending law school she worked in the business world, during which time she worked in licensing, creative, and operations positions on both a full time and freelance basis in the sports and entertainment industries.
