Khalil Eaddy is an associate attorney at Robert James Trial Attorneys. Mr. Eaddy was born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey. Mr. Eaddy obtained his bachelor’s degree from Grambling State University with a major in Criminal Justice and Spanish. Mr. Eaddy obtained his Juris Doctor, from North Carolina Central University School of Law. During his term at North Carolina School of Law, Mr. Eaddy served as a member of the Trial Advocacy Board, Moot Court Board, The Death Penalty Project, and Student Bar Association Treasurer. Mr. Eaddy began his career utilizing the Third Year Practice Rule, which allowed him to take cases while in his final year of law school. Within three months of his practice, Mr. Eaddy was chosen by two nationally recognized criminal trial attorneys in South Carolina to assist in the defense of a high-profile Capital Punishment case. Bob Eatinger is a Partner heading the national security law practice at Dunbar Bennett & Ludwig, a business and litigation law firm with offices across the United States and in Toronto, London, and Beijing; and the founding Principal of SpyLaw Consulting, LLC, a consulting service for U.S. businesses seeking to make better informed business and risk management decisions with respect to commercial or other interactions with U.S. intelligence agencies. He has 31 years of experience practicing national security and intelligence law with the Central Intelligence Agency and U.S. Navy. Bob retired from the CIA at the end of 2015 as the Senior Deputy General Counsel where he oversaw the more than 150 attorneys in the Office of General Counsel, and served as Acting General Counsel from October 2013 to March 2014. He retired from the U.S. Navy as a Captain in the Judge Advocate General's Corp with a combined 30 years of active and reserve service.
