Bradley Dworkin brings over 25 years of experience to the practice. After receiving his law degree from Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Brad moved on to marry, have two kids, and also founded the Dworkin and Maciariello firm. Brad was named a SUPER LAWYER in multiple issues of Chicago Magazine, an honor bestowed upon only the top 5% of Illinois Lawyers. He has been on the faculty at the National Business Institute and Lorman’s Education Services, teaching Injury law to other lawyers and professionals, and has also taught a personal injury law class at a well-respected Chicago law school. Furthermore, Brad has written articles in newspapers, appeared on television and radio, and spoken at union hall meetings throughout Illinois on injury law, retaliatory discharge, and employment law. John D'Amato is a Senior Counsel in Quinn Emanuel's Los Angeles office. He has been with the firm for more than 33 years. Mr. D'Amato specializes in complex business litigation, particularly in areas of financial litigation, intellectual property and unfair competition law including trade secret. trademark, trade dress, patent, copyright, and false advertising disputes.

Zandra D’Ambrosio is the Managing Attorney. Ms. D’Ambrosio is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Florida. Ms. D’Ambrosio completed her Bachelors Degree in only three years from Hofstra University, where she repeatedly made the Dean’s List and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Ms. D’Ambrosio received her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law, where she was the Managing Editor of Family Court review and was published in the Family Court Review. Currently, Ms. D’Ambrosio works closely with each paralegal and oversees each case from inception to resolution or trial. In addition to her management role with the firm, Ms. D’Ambrosio manages and maintains a large caseload. She is responsible for drafting the majority of legal documents in connection with the firm’s personal injury cases. Ms. D’Ambrosio is a member of the American Bar Association and New York Bar Association.

Khalil Eaddy is an associate attorney at Robert James Trial Attorneys. Mr. Eaddy was born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey. Mr. Eaddy obtained his bachelor’s degree from Grambling State University with a major in Criminal Justice and Spanish. Mr. Eaddy obtained his Juris Doctor, from North Carolina Central University School of Law. During his term at North Carolina School of Law, Mr. Eaddy served as a member of the Trial Advocacy Board, Moot Court Board, The Death Penalty Project, and Student Bar Association Treasurer. Mr. Eaddy began his career utilizing the Third Year Practice Rule, which allowed him to take cases while in his final year of law school.
