Michael J. Hall is a 1997 graduate of North Carolina A & T State University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (cum laude). Mr. Hall is a 2002 graduate of Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, LA. Mr. Hall is admitted to practice law before all Louisiana State Courts and in Federal Court in the Eastern District of Louisiana. Mr. Hall served as an associate with the law firm of Weiss and Eason, LLP. There, he practiced in the areas of Medical Malpractice Defense, Professional and General Liability Defense, Insurance Defense, and Asbestos/Environmental Litigation. Prior to joining Weiss & Eason, LLP, Mr. Hall served as a law clerk for Judge C. Hunter King in Orleans Parish Civil District Court. Mr. Hall’s civic and professional memberships and affiliations include the Louisiana State Bar Association; American Bar Association; New Orleans Bar Association; Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.; Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Southeast Louisiana; and Board of Directors of Pride Charter School. Mr. Hall is in charge of a 42 lawyer construction litigation firm specializing in the representation of owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors and municipal entities in connection with the defense of property damage and bodily injury cases, insurance coverage disputes and contractual claims. Tom obtained his undergraduate degree from Colgate University and is a cum laude graduate of New York Law School. He is actively involved in the firms general practice, and one of its principal trial lawyers. Mr. Hall is an associate member of the General Contractors Association and a member of the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry, NYS Bar Assoc., and the NY County Lawyers Assoc. He is certified in OSHA Construction, Safety & Health, and has been recognized as a NY Super Lawyer from 2010 to 2017. He is a frequent lecturer on a variety of topics related to the firms practice.

Brandon Carson Hall is a partner at HART DAVID CARSON, LLP and handles civil cases across a wide array of practice areas. He has settled or tried hundreds of cases resulting in millions of dollars for his clients. Brandon has successfully handled wrongful death, products liability, premises liability, construction accident, commercial trucking accident, automobile accident and worker’s compensation cases in state and federal courts in Illinois.
