Ed Harnden is the Co-Managing Partner at Barran Liebman LLP, where he represents employers in all stages of employment litigation and handles employment dispute resolution. He has tried over 100 employment law cases and is a renowned litigator, respected adversary, and a leader in the courtroom as well as our community. Ed was awarded with the Oregon State Bar President’s Public Service Award in 2016. In 2012, Ed was honored with the Multnomah Bar Association Professionalism Award, and in 2011, he was the recipient of both The Henry H. Daniel E. Harold is a Partner in the Birmingham, Michigan office of Morganroth & Morganroth. He joined the firm in 2000 after graduating from the University of Michigan Law School and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Mr. Harold concentrates his practice in the areas of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration, commercial and corporate litigation, commercial transactions, sports law, intellectual property and civil rights litigation. Mr. Harold has extensive experience in a wide range of complex commercial litigation involving contractual disputes, business fraud, securities fraud, patent, copyright and trademark infringement, as well as claims involving multiple high-level government agencies. He received his Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration in 2007 from Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina. Immediately following undergraduate school, Derek entered law school and earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2010. While attending law school, Derek studied abroad at the St. Mary?s University Institute on World Legal Problems in Innsbruck, Austria, where he studied under an international faculty, including United States Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito. Derek continues to enjoy providing legal services to those in his hometown and surrounding communities and focuses his practice on personal injury, automobile accidents, worker?s compensation, and family law.

Area of Practice: Plaintiff’s Employment Law Bill is an attorney with the Law Office of Lindy Korn, PLLC. He focuses his practice on litigating and negotiating plaintiff-only federal and state discrimination claims under the NYS Human Rights Law and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. Bill is a tenacious advocate and takes pride in his meticulous representation of his clients. Before joining Lindy’s firm, Bill began his practice in commercial litigation where he represented clients in the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York. Bill has also practiced in the field of criminal defense as both an Assistant Public Defender and as a member of the Erie County Assigned Counsel program. Neil Harris serves as Senior Tax Counsel in the Tax Group at Goodmans. He specializes in Canadian and international tax matters with a particular emphasis on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and taxation aspects of corporate finance, transfer pricing and e-commerce. He has represented domestic and foreign corporations before the Canada Revenue Agency, federal and provincial Departments of Finance and the courts. Neil's transactional and advisory expertise has been recognized in Canada and internationally in publications including Chambers Global, Euromoney and Lexpert.
